FlyingsnailA beautiful place to visit if you like natural scenery. When I was there it was rainy and misty and the mountain was still very beautiful. If you go when it’s rainy be careful because the paths are very slippy, but it’s not so bad you can’t climb. It’s a relatively easy climb. I did the whole mountain, up and down, at a very leisurely pace in 7 hours. If it’s too tiring, there are cable cars you can take up and down. The only bad thing is that the Buddhist caves at the top of the mountain are not in very good repair. There was a lot of rubbish and construction material dumped next to the statues. Walking up and down the rivers through the gorges was the best part. Even on a rainy day in the winter low season there was food to eat on the mountain (but not all the stores are open).

Qingcheng Mountain Travel: Suitable, Umbrella: Advised, UV Strength: Very Low
Mount Qingcheng is absolutely stunning & fascinating but be ready for LOTS of stairs!
A shuttle bus moved us from the gate to the base of the mountain where we began our ascent. We walked about 30 minutes uphill (stairs & sloped path) and saw a few shrines & monuments. From there we took a quick boat ride across a man made lake then went up a section of the mountain by cable car. After that we walked another 30 minutes or so up many more stairs. During this final trek we saw 2 temples & the views from the mountain were spectacular!
There were places on the mountain to purchase drinks and food. There were also washrooms…some quite dark with no electricity.
Wear comfortable shoes, bug spray & be ready for a hike but you won’t be disappointed!
Exploring the Taoist culture on Qingcheng Mountain is considered as the birthplace of Taoism and one of the most important Taoist centers in China. It can be a long hike up to the top but you pass by beautiful lakes, waterfalls and plenty of nature. For the physically less active there is also a chance to pay for a cable car ride but if you have the ability to walk, I highly recommend it. You can spend a full day here and just let all your thoughts fade, refresh and re energize yourself. There are food opportunities along the way and also refreshments stops. For sure you won't get bored!

My first time to be here! It’s really a peaceful place. We takes around 3.5 hr to climb to the top and 2.5 to the end. It’s a little bit tired if you seldom workout 😂
Qingcheng mountain is really worthy to visit in Autumn. Some ancient temple and amazing views make you calm and relax. it’s not hard to climb by foot.
Qingcheng Mountain... Worth Visiting place...
Many people know that Qingcheng Mountain is because of the white snake. I am no exception. Qingcheng Mountain is not very high, suitable for weekend trips, to write a practical guide for Qingcheng Mountain drop.
1 The front view of the mountain, the view of the mountain Because I like the feeling of being close to nature, and the ticket to the front mountain is 90, the back mountain only needs 20 (the student ticket is half price, so the student party must bring the student)
2Preparation before travel
1. Sneakers must be worn. When I went up the mountain, I saw some girls wearing high heels and they didnt take long to go. .
2. Qingcheng Mountain is a summer resort in ancient times. The mountain is very cool. Even if it is sunny, it is not particularly dry. Even in the afternoon, there will be a little cold feeling. It is recommended to bring a thin coat.
3. If you want to eat food, you don't need to bring too much, because the price of the things sold on the mountain is not particularly expensive, and it is an individual to go up the mountain. For lazy people like me, try to bring some less.

4Qingcheng Mountain tour process
After entering the scenic spot, the first is the ancient town of Tai'an, where there is still a lot of price to eat. Expensive (of which bacon is a local speciality that almost every family will sell). We are taking the road from Feiquangou, and then we need to spend 2 miles by boat to cross the lake and finally reach Baiyun Guzhai. (There is a lookout that can see the scenery of Qingcheng Mountain is very good.) Because I am too tired, I will not continue. Climbing up to the top decided to take the Baiyun cableway down the mountain to another village, the fare was 45 minutes, about 20 minutes, and then went down the mountain.
It is recommended to arrange at least six hours of play time if you do not want to take the ropeway (except for good physical fitness)
At least four hours (I took one of the ropeways, the whole play took 5 hours)
There are two ropeways, the other one is 30 miles and the length is 15 minutes. about.
If you are on a holiday, don't go down too late, otherwise you will be scared to find that the queues of the scenic trains will not reach the end. If you are in a hurry, you can also take a ride. I spent 20 rides to Qingchengshan Station.
Walking in the mountains and waters of Qingcheng Mountain, I feel the exquisite nature of nature. Its quietness is beyond my imagination. I feel that when I play from the mountains, I hear the sound of the car on the road feel unreal. In short, this It's a place that is tired but doesn't make you regret.
