Shuicheng is located in the west of Guizhou Province and shares a border with Yunnan Province. The county is under the administration of Liupanshui City. The county is home to undulating mountains and has many natural landscapes and tourist attractions. Some examples of the beautiful natural landscapes are Yushe National Forest Park, Shuicheng Tiansheng Bridge Scenic Area, and Niupeng Liangzi Scenic Area. Some examples of the cultural attractions are the ancient sites of Xiaomie Cave, Dongyue Temple, and Guanyin Pavilion.
