GGuest User: The hotel is bright and clean, with lots of good vibes. It has international sockets and clean drinking water which are all nice touches. Pretty roomy too. Drawbacks: Funnily despite the coffee powder provided there's no spoon or wooden stirrer to be found. Also why would you put the toiletries on the pantry? Took me a while to locate them. Lastly the wifi was impossible to log on, but I will attribute it to an Accor issue. Seriously why not just give us the old fashion password instead of making us jump through hoops in your log in page with 3 options and none of which works (in between you keep getting timed out and being 'suspected of being a bot'). Overall just some minor details to look into.

GGuest User: The hotel is good. The staff is very friendly. The cuisine is very good! I didn't even want to eat anywhere else. It's just a pity the internet failed, it was cut off by a tractor.... But everything is great, the situation was saved by the mobile internet, which worked well in the room A budget hotel, for a couple of days, just super!

DDanzo_876: We had a wonderful stay at The Fern Residency Mira Road. The highlight was definitely the staff — they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated that housekeeping was available frequently if required. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a great Indian selection and a few Western options as well. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get transport into the city. Overall, it was excellent value for money and we would happily stay again!

GGuest User: I feel it was a good stay but with a few issues. There were mosquitos and the AC poured water on my electronics and clothes which were on the coffee table. The staff was helpful and approachable though and moved us into another room soon. But this was a smoking room so felt pretty smelly.
