Dining at La Taverne Alsacienne was a true pleasure from start to finish. The ambiance felt clean, open, and refreshing, with high ceilings and perfectly balanced lighting&mdash;a rare and much-appreciated feature in today&rsquo;s restaurant scene. I could actually see the menu and my food clearly, which made the experience all the more enjoyable.Our server was not just attentive, but more like a kind guide, gently leading us through a thoughtfully curated culinary journey. He couldn&rsquo;t have been warmer or more welcoming, making us feel completely at ease.I chose the vegetarian menu, and every bite was a delight. The white asparagus in particular was cooked to absolute perfection&mdash;tender, flavorful, and elegantly presented.An absolutely wonderful recommendation, and a restaurant I would return to without hesitation.
