You ask which one tastes so good that attracts people to travel so far. In terms of dishes and taste, fish is of course the specialty of Sanmao Fish Restaurant, but there are more attractive places. Rabbit heads are the most delicious. I don’t know how many rabbit heads they buy every year. You can’t stop eating one. Garlic ribs are the most delicious I have ever eaten. They have three specialties. The first is Sanmao rabbit head. They can sell thousands of them every day just by packaging and express delivery. It is definitely one of the top three rabbit heads I have eaten; the second is egg crisp peanuts, which are still crispy after being placed in the refrigerator for a month. It is also the best egg crisp peanuts I have ever eaten; the third is my favorite fat intestine fish among the three choices. Figures 1 and 2 are both this dish. The fat intestine is processed to have a taste that is not soft but slightly chewy. The fish can beat many so-called cold pot fish and boiling fish by several streets. Believe it or not, you must eat it when you come to Weiyuan.
