在黄姚古镇吃的第四顿，因为不想走出镇外吃，就近找到了它家，位置就在古代井旁边，好找。在靠近窗边坐下，看着三几个游客在古井拍照，听着河水缓缓流淌，感觉挺舒服的。随意点了个豆豉蒸骨鱼和炒凉瓜，因为别的招牌菜已经试过了，出品不过不失。因为游客很少，到我们离开时也不见有其他人进来吃饭。

This was the fourth meal I had in Huangyao Ancient Town. Because I didn&#39;t want to go out of town to eat, I found this restaurant nearby. It was located next to the ancient well and was easy to find.
I sat down near the window, watching a few tourists taking pictures at the ancient well and listening to the river flowing slowly. It felt quite comfortable. I ordered a steamed fish with black beans and fried bitter melon at random, because I had tried other signature dishes and they were just so-so. Because there were few tourists, no one else came in to eat when we left.

I ate at 3 restaurants over the weekend and also went to the recommended Gujing Restaurant. The taste is not as good as this one. Five-star recommendation.

Traveling to Guangxi, this stop came to Huangyao Ancient Town. This farmhouse restaurant is on the left hand side after entering the gate of the ancient town. {Perilla and black bean chicken}, black bean chicken must be tried by everyone, because it is one of the specialties of Huangyao. Now we eat it with perilla, the taste will be more fragrant and heavier, and the chef&#39;s cooking is also very wok-flavored. I ordered half a chicken, and it felt that there were a lot of necks and bones mixed in it, and the meat was relatively less, and the number of necks was more than half a chicken should have.

{Pumpkin flower stuffing}, this is the first time I heard of pumpkin flower, and the first time I ate pumpkin flower, and this dish is another specialty of Huangyao. Basically every restaurant has black bean chicken and pumpkin flower stuffing. I tried it, and they cooked it with soup, that is, if there are few people eating, you don&rsquo;t need to order soup separately, just drink this. The stuffing ingredients are quite rich, including tofu, minced meat, water chestnuts, etc. The ingredients are all fresh, and the taste is different, especially fresh, without the taste of frozen meat.

{Fish-flavored eggplant casserole}, I happened to meet the chef picking eggplants, and used white autumn eggplants, which are small and tender. I think it tastes better than the purple eggplant casserole I eat in Cantonese restaurants.

There are places to eat breakfast everywhere on the street, and all snack bars sell breakfast in the morning. Since I had eaten black bean noodles the day before, I chose another Guangxi specialty rice noodles here. Who knew that it was a serious failure. The rice noodles didn&#39;t have any flavor at all, and the ingredients were not enough. Later, we only ate two bites and left.
