从广州回来就一直对潮汕火锅念念不忘，原来想去隔壁吃火锅的，经过看到这家新开的店就进去尝试。汤底有些寡淡，沙茶酱偏咸，号称都是不隔夜的肉，但切太厚了所以吃起来不是非常嫩。自助调料台有水果，但夹完之后迟迟没补，说是太忙了没时间切，看在过年的份上原谅了。总体虽然还是和广州吃的差距不小，但能做成这样也很不错啦。
