Fujian Shenhu Bay Submarine Ancient Forest Relic is located in Shenlu Bay, Jinjiang City, covering an area of 31 square kilometers. This type of protected area is rare in my country and rare in the world. The protected area is on the verge of the Taiwan Strait, with a peculiar geographical structure, many scenic spots and historical sites, beautiful natural scenery, and superior social, economic and cultural conditions. There are more than 20 oil cedar forests buried in the intertidal zone with a history of more than 7,800 years, large oyster reefs grown for thousands of years, typical sea-eroded laterite mausoleum rocks, pebble beach rocks and fine sand dunes in modern accumulations, and It can display the unique, typical, well exposed and diverse marine altered metamorphic rocks of the Paleozoic, Mesozoic, Cenozoic and other long geological history evolutions.
