Very personable staff, quite interesting history for the city, its industry and architecture. Professional exhibits.²

Small but worth a viist

The museum covers the history of the area well from native Americans to Missions, to Dow Chemicals wartime operations, etc. a little short on artifacts, but otherwise very interesting.

Great rainy day activity

Five stars, it’s free, modern, clean and informative. They’ve done a great job laying out the towns 80 year history. Worth an hour of your time. The flight simulators are on the 2nd floor.

Lots of Information on how Lake Jackson Started

For a small museum, it is jam backed with some cool information and exhibits. Definitely worth the stop. Has a movie room where you can see how Dow built Lake Jackson in the beginning for work housing...
