Patio de Chon Sau

Patio de Chon Sau is quite decorative during this year's Chinese New Year period.While many of the shops seem closed this weekend (16-18 Feb 2018), there are some eateries and a couple of shops that remain open. The entire area is nicely decorated with hanging red lanterns, night lights and the usual cartoon like animal installations.This is a one of many neat areas of the Historic Centre to consider visiting during visits to Macau.

Junxiuwei (Junxiu Lane), literary youth must go to the punching point, located near the St. Paul, used to sell nostalgic and antique items, now it has become a concentration of trendy products and cultural and creative products. There are also many specialty restaurants and boutique shops here, which will develop into a unique art community from an ordinary alley! Worth a visit.

Junxiuli is a characteristic block of Macau's vigorously promoted cultural and creative Macau project, located in Macau's historic city, in Junxiu Lane in the old town below the St. Paul's archway. The color of the whole block in Junxiu is mainly orange, and many orange-red ancient Chinese scenery umbrellas hang over the road in the alley, which can be said to cover the sky. Most buildings in Junxiu Lane still live in local residents, but the facades on the first floor are mostly used for Wenchuang studios and some small shops. This emerging Wenchuang Street has not been included by most tourism websites in the mainland, but has become a punch-in place for young tourists.
