Jiuri Mountain is famous all over the world for "there are no stones in the mountains without inscriptions". There are more than 70 inscriptions on the cliffs since the Song and Yuan Dynasties, and the most famous ones are the stone carvings of praying for the wind in the Song Dynasty. The Jiuri Mountain Praying for Wind Stone Carving Group is a relatively large number of existing stone carvings for praying for the wind in my country. In February 1991, UNESCO from various countries came to Quanzhou to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the "Maritime Silk Road". When they came to Jiuri Mountain, experts and scholars from various countries were full of admiration for this wonderful site, and left behind the stone carvings as a record of the inspection, which is also known as Jiuri Mountain. The stone inscriptions add to the brilliance. The stone Buddha was engraved by Chen Hongjin of the Five Dynasties, with a height of 4.5 meters and a width of 1.5 meters.
