Photos of Sand Island (Sa-Dau)

Sand Island is located between Banana Bay and Eluanbi. The sandy beach is about 220 meters long. It is named after the accumulation of fine sand like an island. It is mainly formed by the deposition of shells, coral debris and foraminifera for many years. Since there is no nearby stream carrying sand or impurities, the content of shell sand is as high as 97%, ranking the top of all beaches in Kenting. There are beautiful shell sand here, which is a holy place for taking pictures, and it is very worth watching.
