Short walk from the carpark to the lighthouse and would definitely recommend this as a stopover when kn Rye..the views are awesome

Cape Schenke is located near Melbourne's famous Bass Strait and West Harbour. The natural scenery here is very gorgeous, highlighting the Cape of the Atlantic Ocean, the rugged rocks, the red-roofed lighthouse on the Cape highland, especially in the blue sky and the sea against the backdrop, standing under the lighthouse, looking at the entire Atlantic Ocean from the viewing platform, really has a sense of freedom of flying birds in the sky and sea.
