atalhöyük (37°40′3″N 32°49′42″E, Chatahoyuk, or Catalan mound, world heritage). It is a Neolithic human settlement in the 9,000-year-old and one of the earliest human settlements found so far. The site was discovered in 1958 and is still under excavation. There is only one small showroom, ancient site of the shed, and a copy of the house of the year. Free visit.
