Absolutely beautiful castle conveniently in the middle of the city of Dublin. Even if you can't go on a tour or go inside, there is a wealth of information on plaques outside that tell you all about the history.

what great tour. We paid extra for the private tour which was great as we got to go down under the castle and see the moat. Very informative and well kept. Highly recommend
