This gothic monastery in Barcelona seems to be quite under the radar with tourists. It's a beautiful piece of gothic architecture reminding me a little of some of the buildings in Seville, Spain. It dates from the early fourteenth century but is now a museum, which is a good option for those interested in religious art. At only five euros this is a budget friendly activity too. The monastery also has beautiful gardens with palm trees, which are worth exploring.

The monastery is large, basically about ten meters high.

The Pederabeth Abbey in Barcelona, founded in 1327 by Elisenda Montcada, became the place where Sister Claire lived. It can be said to be one of the signs of local Gothic architecture. It contains the memories of many practitioners. Whether it is a church or a cloister on the third floor, it is worth watching. It is also worth watching the 14th century stained glass windows, courtyard gathering halls, etc. 🍶 with the desire to spread the heritage. Open Tuesday and Friday on the summer afternoons of June 3-September 13. Free access to the monastery, considered one of the world’s largest Gothic styles. 🕑- The tour time is at 18-21 in the afternoon, and the last entry time is 20:30h ✨- Warm reminder: On June 24 and July 5, the official website says that it is not open. How to make an appointment ❓ You can make an appointment for tickets by searching La hora mágica Monestir de Pedralbes online! 📍 address : Baixada del Monestir, 9 Pedralbes Barcelona🚊 Transportation: Take RENFE to Reina Elisenda (FGC) station. 👉🏻 It is recommended to take Renfe from Plaza Catalunya (Plaza Catalunya) and then transfer to the bus from Via Augusta-Doctor Roux to Bisbe Catala station, and then walk about 2 minutes to reach the destination. 🚗 Self-driving: It takes about 23 minutes #Barcelona Travel #Barcelona Leaf Guide #Barcelona Travel #Go to the museum to explore

The Padrabi Monastery is a long-standing monastery. It was first built 600 years ago. It is also a Gothic church. It is a magnificent church. Now it is a museum.
