Blue House Review

A small museum that features the cultural heritage of Hong Kong's development and architecture. Entrance is free.

The Blue House is named for its distinctive blue exterior wall. Located on the four-storey block of Shi Shui Canal Street in Wan Chai, it is now listed as a first-class historical building in Hong Kong. Formerly known as Hua Hin Hospital, it was converted into a residential building after the war. The Blue House floor has now been revitalized to be a Hong Kong Story Hall for visitors to visit. Some of the daily necessities and furnishings of the 19th and early 20th centuries, including a water stove and a copper pot of herbal tea shop, are on display. After the visit, you can also buy souvenir postcards and printing counters.

The Blue House is an old-fashioned Tang House in Hong Kong, on the island of Wan Chai Shi Shui Canal Street, built in 1920 and is now listed as a Hong Kong Class 1 historical building. It was a hospital, after the years have been the whole building has been painted blue, presumably so named, nostalgia revealed a little literary atmosphere.
