Tianjin Central Park Review

＂ Central Park ＂ is located in the center of Heping District, Tianjin City (formerly within the French Concession), surrounded by ring garden road in the middle. The park was built in 1917, and it was said that the French Garden, which was originally built with a statue of the French national hero Nordak and a bronze statue of the goddess of peace. In 1941, it was renamed the Central Garden, and in 1946 it was renamed the Roosevelt Garden and the bronze statue was removed. After re-rehabilitation in 1949, it was renamed the Central Park. The center of the park was built in the western-style octagonal (first for the six-corner pavilion) double pillar stone pavilion, which is a typical French garden. In 1988, Baihua Hall was built with various flowers and rockery, fountains and children's amusement facilities. In 1995, the statue of General Ji Hongchang was established, making this century-old park a multi-functional park. The surrounding area of the ring garden road is full of historical buildings and many famous people's former residences.

Behind the French lounge in the park, there is a music wall, in front of the wall is a statue of several music masters, Beethoven, Mozart, Strauss, Chopin, Schubert. There are also statues of the comet sea and the whole body of the ear.

The central park is beautiful! It’s not very good to park. Of course, you can choose to park the car in Tianhe City and not far away, but isn’t this lazy... I drove around the garden road and found a parking space to park the car on the side of the road. Go into the central park and turn around the white pavilion in the middle. It’s really not less investment! The repair is very good! There are also many tourists with beautiful trees and grasses!

Located in the central area of Tianjin Peace Zone, built in the early 20th century, it is the core area of the French Concession. The park itself is small and the scenery is general. But the dozens of Western buildings with different styles around the park are of extraordinary origin. They are of great historical value and architectural value, which deserve to be seen. Among them, Li Jifu's old residence, Zhuangle Feng's old residence, Jihongchang's old residence and other buildings are indeed excellent. Unfortunately, some of the buildings are in a worrying state of protection. Tourists have poor accessibility. We look forward to the overall protection and utilization as soon as possible.
