Vodni stolp - Water Tower Review

For wine enthusiasts, the water tower built in Maribor is a must. It is a fortress built in the late Renaissance, guarding the southeast of the city wall. It has Slovenia's oldest wine cellar, specializing in the production of Slovenia and red wine from surrounding areas. At the top of the cellar is a large, high-ceilinged circular hall dedicated to wine tasting and used as a banquet hall in the Middle Ages.
