Izakaya Den Review

Izakaya Den, I have heard for a long time, Western style and style. The dishes in the izakaya are small and exquisite dishes. The whole restaurant operates in an orderly manner, and the chefs cook without delay. It has a good taste for the sauce, fresh and well-cooked ingredients with a distinctive and unique sauce, and has unknowingly been a few. In this round, I love tuna and beef tongue. .

The food is exquisite and subtle. Sea-food salmon is a highlight - it's so soft as if it can melt in your mouth, we don't know how they do it. We also ordered Angus beef, which is beautifully smoked and paired with walnut hot and sour sauce, which is really different from what we usually eat. Black rice, broccoli, kimchi and miso soup are also lovely meals. We also ordered fried chicken, which was very juicy and super delicious. The portion sizes were amazing too so we even thought we could order one or two less dishes. The quality of the food and service was excellent, especially considering that it was already 11pm when we arrived and they were all ready to close. The only downside for me was that the music was too loud and it was rap music that made it difficult for us to talk. But I doubt that maybe other people would enjoy the atmosphere rather than have this problem.

Very good Japanese restaurant, I asked for salmon head, I asked for roast beef tongue, the taste is good, the taste of apricot abalone mushrooms is also OK, that is, Japanese cuisine is super expensive in Melbourne, I didn't eat a few dishes.
