Horrendous
Cold food and very little of it. Only red wine and not great wine. Seats dirty and covered in food! Definitely not up to Emirates Business Lounge standard!
Lousy airport and worse star alliance lounge
I used the new Terminal this time and it is defintely better than the old one, but chaos still prevails if there are more than 10 people together.... Inside the departure area it is nice and roomy. ...
Pulkovo airport
We did not visit the Museum. We did, unfortunately, use Pulkovo airport for a flight on KLM to Amsterdam. My advice: take the train from St. Petersburg to Helsinki. Fly out of there.
