Jogyesa Temple
The Jogyesa Temple (the center of Korean Buddhism) is the main and the head temple of the Jogye order, in Seoul. Built in the 14th century, it opens its doors for visitors all year round (located two blocks away from Jonggak Station). Celebrations for Buddha’s Birthday together with the annual lantern festival are held in this temple. If you visit Korea during April/May, you could join this celebration practically at any Buddhist Temple in the country. #GiveThanks

Dongnimmun Arch (Independence Gate)
The Independence Gate (also known as Dongnimmun Gate) is located in the south-east corner of the Seodaemun Independence Park and near to the Prison History Hall (just few meters away), in the city of Seoul. This is a memorial built to honor the Korean fighters in search of a national independence. Seoul Rose Festival: This is another festival held annually in Seoul, and is considered one of the most beautiful in the city. The Jungnangcheon stream completes the view. It is estimated to be longer than 5km for the 2019 edition. Besides enjoying the view of thousands of roses, there are several performances, expositions, presentations, sales areas and resting spots to enjoy this family festival. Hwagyesa Temple
The Hwagyesa temple (of the Chogye Order) is located at the base of the Samgaksan Mountain, at Samgaksan Woods, in the northern part of Seoul. This is an internationally recognized temple as many Zen masters from around the world visit it during the year, but also, thanks to it’s beautiful scenery it attracts locals and tourists as well. Itaewon Antique Furniture Street
There’s a place to find antique furniture in Seoul, its called “Antique Furniture Street”, and its located in Itaewon, easily accessible fom exit 4 in that station (Itaewon station). This street became famous with time as during the 60’s, american soldiers returning back home couldnt bring all their belongings with them, so they turned to this area to sell their goods. Now it consists of around 100 stores and the feeling in the area is like visiting old Europe. #GiveThanks

Sure there are many coffee shops in Seoul, with a wide variety of themes. Then, what makes K212 special? One reason is that you can find really good coffee (i enjoyed caramel macchiato as like nowhere else). But the main reason is that it’s located on the first floor of Jin Ah Entertainment’s buiding, meaning if you are a k-pop fan, chances are you can meet some idols at the coffee shop. Inside Seoul’s COEX (one of the largest malls in Asia) we can find this amazing library, which many have stated that it looks as magical as that one in Hogwarts 😊.
