Songhu Railway Jiangwan Station Former Site Exhibition Room

The former site of Songyu Railway Jiangwan is on Guangji Road, Jiangwan Town, Shanghai. The train tracks and train carriages are one of the better preserved railway stations in Shanghai. Today, the train carriages become coffee shops and are a good place for nearby residents to walk.

The railway is the first officially operated railway line in China. The former site of Jiangwan Railway Station is at Exit 1 of Dabaishu Station of Shanghai Metro Line 3. After the renovation of Hongkou District, a steam locomotive and some scene sculptures have been retained.

The old railway site is located next to the 1876 Old Station Creative Park, just outside the Dabaishu Station of Metro Line 3. The old site was built to commemorate China's first railway, the railway, and an old-fashioned locomotive is the whole of this attraction. The locomotive is very contemporary. The back carriages are rented by Ruixing Coffee and become an online red shop. Many parents take their children to play and relax here. It is a small but very close to the people.
