Mo'orea: The Adventure Lover's Hidden Gem in The Islands of Tahiti!
Don’t get me wrong, Bora Bora is postcard perfect. All I’m saying, is don’t sleep on Mo’orea! Especially if you’re more into adventure than luxury travel. Mo’orea is easier to get to than its more famous sister - just hop on the ferry from Tahiti! The hiking is incredible, you still get that dreamy tropical water, and accommodations are a fraction of the prices you’ll find on Bora Bora. Yes, even over water bungalows. Not that you’ll want to spend any time at your hotel! 😉🐠🥾
Oh yeah! And if you happen to be there between August and November, you might even get to swim with the whales. 🐳
The best way to get to The Islands of Tahiti, including Mo’orea, is to fly into Faa’a International Airport. @airtahitinui offers a direct flight from Seattle (as well as other major west coast cities). Which was perfect for me! 9 hours after boarding, I was stepping off the plane into paradise. 🌴

The charm of the capital of Tahiti is unforgettable. Near dusk, the white clouds in the air swim freely; the surrounding buildings, the ancient buildings that rise and fall, and the misty scenes on the distant hills, are dreamlike; the distance gradually recovers calmly, and the coast is pleasant. Scenery. This quiet scene is full of poetry and painting.
When the sun rises again, there will be a new face here. The setting sun in the west, breaking through the thick clouds in the distance, struggling to shine in the square that is quiet. Throw the golden bustling dreams to the center of a quiet and peaceful town.
Papeete, the capital of Tahiti, is always full of people. Not far from the city is a breathtaking view of the sea, and the streets and lanes are filled with enthusiasm. In the past, the trade gathering place of the bustling city has maintained the prosperous scene of economic prosperity. The cultural accumulation of each period has formed a unique style here.
Straight streets pass through the patchwork of buildings, beautiful flowers cultivated along the street, vying in the shade of the green; white churches, dotted between the streets.
Papeete The bustling central block leads from the big market to the tree-lined square next to the pier. In the afternoon, these streets are always filled with people who are off duty, and the students who are out of school are particularly busy. Strolling through this pleasant and comfortable neighbourhood, you will always feel refreshed.
The damp street after the rain reveals a chill. In the small town in the dusk, the crowds of people gradually retreat, and the daytime hustle and bustle gradually calmed down. Children on both sides of the street, waiting for the shuttle bus to return home, the face is full of innocence is about to make this magical land, a sudden rain, change the scene of the former people here, at this moment, in the fresh air after the rain As if there were no impurities at all, it was so quiet that the breathing was clear and audible.

Marche Papeete it Papeete Market is an extensive Market place in Papeete, the capital of Tahiti. The best time to visit is on a Sunday morning , this is the only day where all the producers and seller set up outside The Central market .Usually, during the week, the market is open but only inside under cover
The atmosphere outside in the streets very early in a Sunday morning is very different . The Polynesian get up very early . You can find everything from fresh produce to fruit , locally product , T shirt and souvenirs.
You can also get a cup of locally squeezed sugar cane
I wouldn’t go as far as to say it the most beautiful market of all time especially if you have the opportunity yo see some of the others in Asia or Africa . however I still find it charming with smile all over the face of almost every one . Polynesian are just so friendly #tripblazers #fallingforfall

The most magnificent area of the entire market is the central fruit and vegetable area. Tahiti women dressed in traditional costumes wear garlands and sell a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The customers who come and go are intertwined with them in this busy flow of people, forming a unique landscape. In addition to the Polynesians, Asians in the market, Europeans are also endless, making the market more diverse. Today, the Papeete market has become the most dynamic place here.
When the weekend morning, there are many retailers gathered around the market, holding colorful umbrellas and drinking all kinds of special products. These little playthings, although they look very low-key, are exceptionally beautiful. Small squares in front of the market often have colorful activities, always gathering local people and holding celebrations. Whenever the weekend arrives, people line up for a long line.
Until the sun is high, the world outside the market is gradually calming down. Julia pushed her young grandson and left the winding streets with the returning family. The jeepney cars that traveled through the city, accompanied by the hustle and bustle of the night, the retro atmosphere in the air; in the car filled with modern advertising, the passengers with different looks, like a vivid picture. Every simple composition is carefully telling the beautiful story here.

Rangiroa Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
The scenery of Rangiroa Atoll in French Polynesia is really attractive
Not only is it an extremely delicate coral atoll, the diving spot is also known as the 'underwater paradise', which is considered the most beautiful in the world, full of natural charm.
From the perspective of enjoying a honeymoon trip, the environment and services should be comfortable and considerate. After experiencing it, you can better understand the saying that 'Tahiti is the ultimate island'.
Next time I have the chance to travel around Oceania, I will definitely choose Rangiroa Atoll as my first choice of destination. Looking forward to your subsequent sharing of travel photos.
The exquisite water bungalows are arranged in order on the water of the pure lagoon and extend to the end of the distant sea. Under the house, a wide variety of fish, free and comfortable, enjoy this beautiful natural gift together with human beings.
Early morning, accompanied by the sound of rain outside the house, walked out of the water house, the magical rainbow in the distance across the sky, the intimate butler Leonard, has been waiting for the driver with the driver. The speedboat was made by the resort, passing through the innocent blue and heading towards Tikehao Village. The land that has been moistened by rain has a more brilliant color. In the afternoon, the sun rises into the sky, the sun shines on the sea, and the earth turns into a warm, bright color everywhere.
With a banana boat, travel far away to the distant island, lie in front of the house, enjoy the bright sunshine, or immerse in the water, play with the colorful fish and blend into this pure underwater world. In the dead of night, brew a pot of hot tea in a warm room, soak in the pool surrounded by trees in front of the house until the sleepy. With the soft and romantic lighting inside the house, you will break into a quiet dream in an instant.
The life in the village is very simple, said local school principal Moseson, sitting under the ancient wood in front of the school building. The men who own their own boats will go fishing in the sea before dawn, although its hard to ride the wind and the waves are good. , often able to harvest rich.
Tahiti, a place where dreams are dreaming, her romance and wildness, her simplicity and simplicity, and her fairyland-like scenery are the No.1 of my island. In Tahiti, be sure to enjoy a local canoe breakfast, a romantic canoe that slowly brings a rich Polynesian breakfast. You can also sit on a canoe and experience the unique leisure time between the sea and the sky. In the sparkling waters and the vast natural beaches, the calm breeze tells the silence, and unconsciously forgets the self. Blue to the thorough sea water washes the white sand beach, and the innocent sky reflects each other, and it makes people feel fascinated at random. The sunset of that day, the fire of the day... This is Tahiti, it is called "the nearest place to heaven", the sea breeze smashed, bringing the tone of ukulele in the distance, these magical islands are also like By licking the breeze in the ear, I whispered to us "Maeva" (welcome you).

#resortstyle
The InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa is the largest luxury resort in Tahiti. I glad to stay here for 2 nights as the resort is simply one of the best I have stay . Highlight of the hotel is the two freshwater infinity pools which overlook the ocean , there is also a lagoonarium which have reef and fish . You can snorkel around here to see the underwater ecosystem.
Room itself was design in a Polynesian style , with big and comfortable bed .
The airport of Bora Bora is considered by many to be the most beautiful airport in the world, and the route from Tahiti to Bora Bora is also known as the most beautiful route in the world. Overlooking the blue sky as thoroughly washed, the lagoons of different shades are dotted over the blue sea, like colored gems inlaid on blue velvet carpets, or green or blue or pearl, and the whole wave The La Pola Airport is surrounded by a beautiful lake surrounded by a tourmaline. When we got off the plane, the luxury speedboat at InterContinental Hotel was already waiting at the dock and took us directly to the hotel. The warm and hospitable locals, with bright garlands, accompanied by melodious sounds, welcome us.
Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
On the weekend, Julie Asia Pacific is like a foreigner, pushing the grandchildren in the nursery car to rush to the lively Papeete market for purchase. In the colorful market of the capital Papeete, the week's busyness is alleviated.
She exclaimed, "We have grown up here for generations," a happy smile on his face. "There has not been much change in the past few decades, and the market is still simple and embarrassing. Still soothing and simple."
Everywhere you go, you have to go to the local market, because that is the place that is closest to life. In addition to the beautiful lagoon and luxurious water house, Tahiti also has her very life side. From clothing and shoes, all kinds of small items, to fresh vegetables, fruits and fish, you can buy everything you want here. Real life is the yearning for travel.
