What people are saying:

The former residence is on Via Cappello. It was built in the 13th century and is said to be owned by the Capulet family of Verona, and Juliet is the daughter of this nobleman. A door arch leads to the courtyard, and the love walls on both sides are densely covered with graffiti and confession in words from various countries. Going inside, the courtyard of less than 20 square meters is lush and lush, crowded with tourists inside and out. Whether or not you believe that touching Juliet's bronze sculpture can bring good luck to love, you still want to squeeze in and get close to Juliet, who is always in love in the story, and see what she looks like. Go upstairs to visit her bedroom and see the clothes, life exhibits, and paintings of that era. You will no longer think of her as a fictional character in the story, but feel that she is a real person. Looking up from the courtyard, you will see a small protruding balcony. This is Shakespeare's private balcony where Romeo and Juliet tryst out for life. So many people took pictures here, either dressed as Juliet looking at the prince waiting for her heart, or the couples looked at each other and complained.

    Nice

Well, I’d say this place is a must-see, however I didn’t really go inside the house. There’s a line to take a picture beside the statue, there’s also a gift shop (really pricy).

Thought the balcony and statue were nice and the staff handling the queue in a time of Covid did it with good grace. Definitely worth popping along to have a look and take a photo, this is very cen...

    Regular balcony

If you know the books and / or movies , you want to visit this place - but for me it was just a balcony in a small inside patio - maybe the tour would have been a little bit different but I doubt that...

    A little disappointing

Had to visit this attraction while on a day trip to Verona. Queued for about 20 minutes due to Covid and limiting the amount of people who could go in. While it was nice to tick this off the list o...

    We went inside...

You can see the balcony outside for free and if you pay €6 you can go inside or for €7 also entry to her tomb (different location). We paid and wished we hadn't, there is very little inside! Not worth...
