Guishan Island

Guishan Island, also known as Guishan Island, is the largest island in Yilan County, and is also the active volcano that still exists in Taiwan. The name is similar to the turtle. The island of Guishan was listed as a military heavy area and became a control area for the national army. On August 1, 2000, Guishan Island officially opened for sightseeing. Special geology, forming many spectacular scenery such as Guishan Asahi, Guidao smoke, glasses hole stalactites, turtle eggs, turtle rock wall, turtle hat, turtle tail and other strange eight scenes.

Guishan Island is located in the town of Toucheng, Yilan County. It is an active volcano named after the turtles that float on the sea. There is Putuo Rock in Xianfeng. Because the surrounding sea is shallow, Guishan Island becomes a good place to watch whales and dolphins every March to November.

The magma from the active volcano on the seabed of Guishan Island turns the seawater into pale blue, and also brings the nutrients to the seabed, so that there are more fish around, so that we have the opportunity to enjoy the lovely whale dolphin. This is also the first time I have seen whale dolphins in my life. It can be seen that I am very lucky. Fortunately, it rained immediately after watching the whale dolphins. So it is super worth going here.

I can't see the turtle head on Taiwan's island. I highly recommend everyone to take a boat to the roundabout of Guishan Island. I will really feel very touched!
