Lovely hotel , in room coffee machine is a nice touch but only 2 pods provided, very little info available on ordering room service (2 pages of a folder hidden in a drawer) but if you can get some it's delivered by a robot. Breakfast is basic but fine, I would not pay extra for the breakfast but mine was included

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was exceptionally clean. The kids play area could be a little bigger and better marked, i couldn't find it and had to ask at the front desk. The breakfast was a standard Chinese breakfast, expected a bit more variety especially with this level of hotel. Overall, it was a great stay and the location was quite convenient

This was the perfect holiday for a completely relaxing experience. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is located next to Xixi wetland, so a bit out of the centre of town but a comfortable taxi ride away. The hotel is close to a couple of good restaurants and an outlet mall. The rooms and general interior design of the hotel is relaxing, adding to the general spa like experience. Also, amazing facials and massages available. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all friends visiting Hangzhou.

We decided to leave on the spur of the moment during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. The children picked the hotel by themselves based on the pictures, so we didn't have any special expectations. After staying for two days and two nights, I really felt that this was a treasure hotel that was delayed by the name. It was far beyond expectations and was very suitable for family outings. Turn left and you can reach the free area of ​​Xixi Wetland in two or three minutes. If you have already taken the rowing boat in Xixi Wetland, then you will actually have a lot of fun in the free area. The hotel's breakfast lasted until 10 o'clock. We woke up naturally and ate it. It was still very rich. There were noodles, wontons, shrimp dumplings, chicken feet, steamed spareribs, various snacks, fresh fruits, and coffee. One thing particularly touched me. We left the baby's spoon in the restaurant. After telling the beautiful manager, she immediately asked the chef to find all the tableware for the day. When we went to Xixi Wetland, she called to inform us that we had found it and put it at the front desk. It was a small thing, but it really touched us for a long time. We played until late in the afternoon the next day before returning to the hotel. I didn't expect that we could still enjoy the food in the hotel restaurant at more than 2 o'clock. It really swept away the fatigue of taking the baby to play. The dishes we ordered, including pigeon, fried rice, Wenzhou double-mix, and small bowls of soup, were all delicious and not disappointing. We also gave us snacks before and after the meal, and the dishes were very delicate. The beautiful waitress from Northeast China was very considerate, kind-hearted, and often came to see if we needed anything during our meal. The welcome fruit in the room was also very fresh, so the children could eat something to fill their stomachs when they were hungry. On the third day, we ate at the hotel after our trip. Zhengfeng also gave us super delicious sweet brown and meat brown during the Dragon Boat Festival. When we checked out, the beautiful front desk lady also gave us sachets, aromatherapy, and mung bean cakes. By the way, we forgot to take away the kettle base we brought with us when we left, so we contacted the hotel. The beautiful front desk lady immediately contacted the room service. Unexpectedly, the aunt actually helped us put them all away, even the Ultraman card of the child was kept, and we received it the next day. Special thanks to the beautiful front desk ladies G and W! The view from the rooms on the third floor is super good, especially the rooms facing west. The tree view is super good when you lie on the bed and look at the sky and trees. The third floor is the top floor with a high ceiling, which makes it feel more spacious. I will book this room type next time I come! There is just a little mark outside the window. I wanted to change to another room, but I found the front desk housekeeper who was very patient and took me to see each room. In the end, I still felt that this view was the best. The service of the whole hotel is very good. The design outside is also very beautiful. It takes only 1 minute to walk to Xixi Wetland!

The hotel bathroom roof leaked, and the photocopy of my ID was left on the front desk. There was a damp smell when I entered the room, and the pillowcase was not clean. I checked in at 2 o'clock, but the room was not cleaned until 3 o'clock. I had an automatic upgrade, and the front desk didn't know until I reminded them. Finally, they rushed to give me a room. The lobby and corridor were stuffy and hot, and they didn't want to turn on the air conditioner. The food place downstairs is good.

The hotel is very beautiful, the atrium is like a library; the room is big enough for the baby, we were provided with a crib, and it was very quiet at night; there is a small children's playground at the end of the corridor, which is enough for the baby to play.
