Good hotel

Great outdoor pool, vast space, varied depth, swimming under the moonlight and stars with the mountains. Fabulous food for breakfast and the buffet dinner. Great quality, choice and price. Ideal location to walk directly to the temple and to complete a circular walk in the hills which offers great views over the city. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

I was not satisfied with the hotel I originally booked, so I specially booked this hotel because it was a guesthouse and thought it should be good in all aspects. However, I was not particularly satisfied with the check-in experience. I did not give a bad review because the hotel environment was good, the air was good, and the service of the room aunt was good. Let me talk about the experience when I checked in first! I really can't see how this hotel is managed and how to train employees. No one greeted me during the stay. I asked three people and finally walked to the gate security to tell me the exact location of the takeout. From the front desk to the concierge, they were all cold and ignored the feelings of the guests. After all, it should be a four-star hotel! Don't they have the most basic etiquette? Let's talk about the room. The first time the phone was broken, I could only + the hotel's official WeChat or go to the front desk. After reporting the repair, the room attendant solved it. The hands-free button was available, but there was no sound in the receiver. Doesn't such a big hotel have an engineering depar**ent? The next day, the TV didn't turn on again! I would like to thank the housekeeper that night. When the kid accidentally knocked over the water cup and the bed sheet got wet, the housekeeper ran back and forth twice to change the bedding. Although it is her essential job, I would like to thank the employee again for the inconvenience. The next day, the lobby manager checked me out and asked about my stay experience. I told her the truth. The other party said that in order to show her sincerity, she would give me a free upgrade next time I stay. I refused directly. First of all, you don't know the purpose of my stay, how can you know that I will come to Jieyang next time? Since some issues were not proactively contacted and resolved on the same day, but were casually mentioned when checking out, there was no sincerity at all. Hotels that can be called guesthouses are all hotels with a certain history, and the Jieyang Guesthouse is no exception. Although the facilities are a little old, the hygiene is very good, and the service level of the staff is also excellent, which deserves great praise. Two days after booking the room, I received a call from the front desk of the guesthouse, asking if we needed anything. After knowing that we were a group of three rooms, they took the initiative to arrange connecting rooms. The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, the air is good and very quiet, and it is very convenient for climbing. We are traveling by car, and it is not far to drive to the ancient city. A fruit plate was delivered to the room, and 4 bottles of water were free every day. The towels and bathrobes were quite new.

The environment is really good, but because the room has a sealed glass balcony, this place is really a sound amplifier. The noise from the neighbor is very loud.
