The hotel for me has a good location. It is near many shops, convenience stores, malls, and restaurants. It is easy to walk to many places. The metro is close - a 10 minute walk to two different stations. The hotel reception is 24 hours a day which it’s important to me. I wish they had a refrigerator in the room.

The hotel's soundproofing is not good. I often heard noises from the next room in the middle of the night. The hygiene is not very good. There are a lot of hairs on the bed, and there are a few small bloodstains. The switch button also falls off easily... In the morning, the waiter knocked on the door to ask for tea, but one day, after knocking on the door, before the door was opened, the waiter used the room card to swipe the room and asked if I wanted to clean. It was a bit scary for a woman to encounter this alone, and the room was the second to the end... I can say that I didn't sleep much these days... It's a good thing that you can store your luggage after checking out...

I love this hotel, really close to the shopping malls, markets, and the concert arena. I booked one night here. Definitely a good value for money. Accommodating hotel staff.

First time with the property. I would say it’s value for money. Highly recommended for short trips. Located close to imbi monorail and Berjaya Times Square around 4mins walk

Another good service from the staff's hotel. Feel comfortable as i can check in early so i can rest more. The aircond was fantastic. It's a shame i book for 1 night only. Maybe i will stay longer next time.
