飯店衛生管理的很不錯，整體舒適度也很高，設施也比預想中好。主要還是位置很不錯，距離景點區只要搭幾站地鐵，就可以開始下車逛。

立地は好みによるだろうけれど、どこに行くにも不便は感じない。イザールフィルに通うには最適。部屋も個人的に好み。全身が映る鏡は大変ありがたい。

Die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße sind zu laut.Leider keine Klimaanlage vorhanden und die Zimmer werden sehr warm durch die ganzen Glasfronten.
Ansonsten alles andere ok.
