The guys at the reception are really friendly. The room we took was simple, but quality-price-location very good.

Correct service, very friendly staff willing to answer all questions about the city and made it easy for us to get tickets to see the Aljafería Palace. Superior central location to go to all points of interest, we would definitely return.

This hotel is really good, cheap and good value, and the location is also very good, close to shopping and major attractions. It's just that parking is a little troublesome (cars take the elevator to go up and down the underground parking lot), and it's not very convenient to get in and out if the car is too big.

Very good location, somewhat noisy from the rest of the guests, you could hear the TV in other rooms and the doors closing are a scandal. Quite clean and friendly staff. Good value for money.

Very nice. Very close to the city. It's easy to go to every attraction. There is a bathtub in the room, but there are no toothbrushes and slippers. It's quite clean. I recommend everyone to stay. And there is a 3-person room, which is very convenient for friends to travel together

Unfortunately the area in which the hotel is located is not the best. In the evening you shouldn't walk alone in the streets behind the hotel. The room wasn't particularly clean. The walls of the room are very thin and you could even hear the snoring from the next room.

Everything ok

Room is warm, clean and comfortable. All we need for one night and an early start in the morning. There’s noise from the road outside but this doesn’t bother us too much. Only downside is that we were unable to use the garage overnight as our car is too big and heavy for the lift to take it underground. We were able to leave it immediately in front outside the hotel for a few minutes whilst we unloaded a couple of bags but then had to drive to another underground car park three minutes away.

This is a three star hotel in downtown Zaragoza, but it is almost like a 4 star hotel. Staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel was close to downtown but very quiet. There are restaurants and stores in the same street. It is a pity that they do not have coffee machines in the rooms!
