A relatively unexplored tourist area that I stopped by when sightseeing in Shimoina. You can enjoy forest bathing and plateau bathing (?). From the visitor center, which is the starting point and end point of the gentle walking route, to Tsukimido / Hiroshoin, Shinano Hiei / Nemoto Nakado, Saicho statue, and Monzenya, it takes about an hour and a half to take a very good plateau walk. Contrary to the recommended route, it is also pleasant to be able to see the scenery of Mt. Sonohara 々. There are parking lots in Tsukimido and Monzenya.
