The garden is very nice, but it is full of vagrants.
While this garden had a Liberty Bell replica, some statues, much in terms of tropical plants, and a gazebo, it also unfortunately possessed a plethora of homeless people.

cool gardens
This was a cool garden with seating, neat sculptures and lots of chickens to add to the ambience - as well as a pigeon or two.

The park is in the lower part of Charlotte Amalie, it is not big but it is cocktail because it also has a kiosk of a beautiful garden.
