Mirador de la Garita-Atalaya

Good views, but the tower is an eyesore.

It’s a pleasant walk through the village and up to the mirador. The actual tower is a horrid, concrete construction and you don’t have to go u0 it to get good views of the town.

Nice viewpoint for views over the town and the sea. Enjoy wondering through the colorful houses and up the steps on your way towards the viewpoint.

Very nice mirador! Little bit tricky to find, I used maps and then started to follow my intuition and the white path marked on the stairs and then I finally reached the end, it was tiring but worth it...

It needs some Money spent on it!

Cudillero is such an attractive town from the front and at road level but when you walk into the back streets you can see its poor. This mirador being an example, it has a viewing tower that is close...
