The Lotte Observation Deck is a relative addition to Hanoi Skyline, opened in 2011. It is located at 54 Lieu Giai Street, Ngoc Khanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi. It is open daily from 0900-2300.It is 272 meters tall, and dominates the area of Ba Dinh District, which is around 3 kilometers away from Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi Old Quarter. The tower offers a skywalk, which visitors are coming to get a panoramic view of the city's stunning skyline. A high speed elevator that will take you to the observation deck on the 65th floor within a minute, and get ready for your camera to capture plenty beautiful photoshoot on the top to the surroundings and at the Love photo zone.
It's hot, so I'm thinking about whether to go or not, but it's definitely cool on top, so it's perfect for a cocktail while listening to songs!
