Kawagoe Kita-in Temple

Kawagoku Master Hido Yoshikawa is a large-scale Buddhist monastery located in Kawagoku-Edo Tibetan Li, Saitama Prefecture, near Tokyo, a small town full of traditional Japanese culture. The Xiduoyuan is a temple founded by the master Cijue Yuanren in the Ping An era, and has a deep origin with the Tokugawa family. The Chaoyin Pavilion in the temple displays many historic shipbuilding supplies, some salvaged from the ancient shipwreck, but still preserved well. The weather was sunny and hot when I went, but in this temple that needed to wash my hands and take off the dust and enter, I naturally calmed down and paid tribute to the Buddha. The courtyard of the temple is in accordance with the traditional Japanese aesthetic layout, which reflects the ingenuity in nature. The stone buckets that lead to spring water are carved with monks and texts, which have been washed in the years and blurred, adding a sense of history.

On the first day of the New Year, I went to Xiduoyuan again and prayed for peace in the new year. Xiduoyuan lost the tranquility of the past. Whether it is parking, praying, eating or going to the toilet, I have to queue up. It is really a special trip.
