London Oratory

Brompton Chapel, a Baroque revival, was built in 1836 and won more than 30 British architectural designs at that time. It leaves at 11:15 a.m. every day and needs to go earlier to get seats.

This is the second Anglican Church in Brighton. It was built to encourage the Regent to attend more churches when he lived in Brighton. In 1793, the Regent laid the foundation for the church; in 1795, he attended the first church service. Later, the Regent was offended at a sermon and stopped attending the church service. In 1896, the church was upgraded to pastoral status and became one of the most important churches in Brighton.

Churches in foreign countries always look very tall and beautiful. History textbooks used to say that it took a lot of money and material resources to build churches, but they were really beautiful.

The chapel is a large auditorium. There are often religious meetings and activities in it. Weddings can also be held here in a European style.
