I went to the famous waterfall in Taiwan which is located in Pingxi District along the Keelung River. It has a height of around 66 feet and is widest waterfall in Taiwan! The name is called Shifen Waterfall and I loved it so much. Moreover, I went to the lover bridge to see the sunset and it was so pretty. I wish I can have more time spending in this wonderful place. I would say the walk is about 20 to 30 minutes long from the town. On your way there you will cross a few bridges, and pass some vendor selling pork, jerky, fruits, ice cream and other snacks. I'm not sure if car can directly go to this location but I see all tourists stop mostly at the shifen visitor centre, where there are ample amount of carpark, if you want free parking, there a few located away from the visitor centre just a really short walk. There is also a short walk required from the visitor centre to this scenic shifen waterfall, estimated a 15mins walk? You will be required to cross 2 bridges before you reach the waterfall. At close proximity of the falls, there is a small shop selling souvenirs and some drinks that you can visit too! Do take note, there are 3 lookout points here, 2 are located above one another right by the view point from the shops and another located about a short 4/5min walk away from the falls where it will take you away from the falls but right in the center of the falls. Simply amazing. It was overcrowded but I still got a great view of the waterfall. You will firstly cross a suspension bridge and some stairs to get to the waterfall. There are also street food stalls and souvenir shops along the way. As waterfall closes 16:30 daily so it’s best to go as early as possible. The releasing of sky lantern in nearby train station is another attraction in Shifen and is well recommended.Location: 226, Taiwan, New Taipei City, Pingxi District, 乾坑10號
The amazing and stunning view of Shifen Waterfall. On my own thoughts here in Taiwan this is the most loved nature waterfalls. If you have plan to visit here, be sure you will never missed the beautiful rainbow above the water level❤️❤️❤️

It is about 15-20minutes long walk from the Shifen Train Station. The waterfall is huge and strong. Do reach before 4.30pm as the gate will be closed at 4.30pm sharp. Once you are in, you can stay there till 5pm.
