Cicheng Confucius Temple

The Confucian Temple used to be a university palace. In addition to studying lectures, it is also a place to sacrifice Confucius. The total construction area is 1886 square meters, and the scale is large. There are 137 halls, pavilions and Zhaiyu bias houses. The red palace walls are surrounded by the layout of the east, west and central three axes as the whole.

Cicheng Confucius Temple is one of the main attractions of Cicheng Ancient County. It is located in Cicheng Town, Jiangbei District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It was built in the Northern Song Dynasty in 8 years (1048 AD). It has experienced the vicissitudes of war and has been in the past, and has gradually formed the current scale. It covers an area of about 17,000 square meters.
