Qamdo Qiang Bahrain Temple, also known as "Qamdo Temple", is a Tibetan Buddhist Gelu temple located in Chengguan Town (also known as "Qamdo Town") in Qamdo County, Tibet Autonomous Region, China. It is the first major temple in Kang District and is known as "the first Zen Forest in East Tibet". The temple was founded in 1444 by Zongkaba disciple Xiaround Songbu. The main Buddha in the temple is the Buddha of Qiangba (Daci), so the name of the temple is Qamdo Qiangba. The main building of the temple is well preserved, and there are hundreds of Buddha statues and high monk statues in the temple, thousands of square meters of murals and many Tangka paintings, which can be said to be a collection of the wisdom of Changcan craftsmen, representing the highest level in the Qamdo area.

It is one of the largest temples in Tibet. Look at the photos I took, the blue sky and white clouds, the air is fresh and beautiful.
It is free for tourists. It is located high in the center of Qamdo and has many roads leading to the monastery. Qiang Bahrain Temple is located in Qamdo Town, Qamdo County, where the Qamdo Regional Office is located. The first big temple in East Tibet is named after the future Buddha Qiangba Buddha (that is, Maitreya Buddha); The construction was presided over by the apprentice of the Tibetan Buddhist Gelu Zongkaba Zushi, around Sambu in the 1530s;
A temple representing Tibetan classics, I was going to the annual festival when they dressed up.
