Shousheng Temple Sheli Tower is located in Sheli East Street, Yucheng County, Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province. It was founded in Xining, Northern Song Dynasty in 8 years (1075), and was rebuilt in the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is commonly known as the "Ta Temple". During the Anti-Japanese War, the temple was destroyed by the Japanese army invading China. Now only one of the Song Towers is left. In 1996, the Shanxi Provincial People's Government announced that the Shousheng Temple Sheli Tower was a cultural relics protection unit in Shanxi Province, and in May 2013 was announced by the State Council as a key cultural relics protection unit in the country. The tower is made of imitation wooden pavilion brick tower, with an octagonal plane, 13 levels, 46 meters high, and the south door is opened. The above layers are equipped with fake doors on all sides, the tower is upright and beautiful, each layer is collected up, into a cone shape, the next three towers are brick bucket arch, completely imitating wooden structure, four more towers are picked out with a layer of brick stacking, to keep the Tang tower stacking out of the legacy wind, the tower is iron-covered dome.
