Dawenkou Ruins

Dawenkou Site Museum is located on Taiwen Road, Dawenkou Village, Daiyue District, Tai'an City, Shandong Province. In 1959, the remains of public cemeteries and housing sites in the Neolithic era 5,000 years ago were excavated. The total area was 820,000 square meters. There were nearly 200 tombs, 14 tombs, more than 100 ash pits, and more than 2,000 buried items were unearthed. There are stone, pottery, jade, bone, dental horn, and beautiful shape back pot, gong-shaped ding, peas, high-handled cups, colored pottery beans and other cultural relics, forming the cultural and historical precipitation of Dawenkou.

Just on the side of the road, the site is very famous, the things in the site are in the museum, it is worth coming to see, surrounded by farmland, but now they are relying on this site for tourism.
