Xianju Bridge

Xianju Bridge, located at the water tail of Xianju Village, Xianyu Township, is a wooden arch bridge, built in Ming Jingtai four years (1453), four years of rule (1491), Jiajing forty-two years (1563), the bridge is now Kangxi twelve years (1673) reconstruction. Eighteen bridge houses, 80 columns, single rafts, long 42.83 meters, wide 5.30 meters, high 12.6 meters from the water, net span 34.50 meters, is the largest wooden arch bridge in Taishun span.

Xianju Bridge is a series of wooden arch bridges, built in 1453 AD, the bridge is now Kangxi 12 years (1673 AD) reconstruction, the full length 42.83 meters, the net span 34.5 meters, the width 5.30 meters, there are 18 corridor houses, is the largest wooden arch bridge in Taishun span. The restored Xianju Bridge looks magnificent, simple style, and recreates the charm of the past.

Xianju Bridge is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful Taishun Covered Bridge in the minds of many people. It is located in the "Wenzhou Ancient Road" Luoyang to Xianju short, built in Ming, long 42.83 meters, wide 5.30 meters, high from the water 12.6 meters, net span 34.50 meters, is the oldest and largest wooden arch bridge in Taishun. However, history has also been washed and rebuilt many times, the most recent renovation was in 2002, the bridge was also raised by 1.5 meters, higher than the road bridge next to it.

Wuyanling went to see Xianju Bridge on the return trip. The weather was clear and the scenery was beautiful. There is a small parking lot not far from the bridge, which is really convenient for self-driving tourists.
