Hotels With bar in Santa Cruz, Argentina

This hotel is 8 minutes walk from the bus terminal. If you don't rent a car, you need to take the bus to Moreno Glacier, El Chalten, Puerto Natales and other places. It is very convenient to live here. This is why I chose this hotel. But a little distance from the city center. The front desk is very welcoming to provide travel information. Hotel facilities are good, the hotel's restaurants are particularly good, the dinner price is right, the taste is excellent, comparable to several famous restaurants in the city center. El Calafate is a quiet and beautiful small town, in addition to Moreno glacier Moreno, there are several large glaciers, beautiful Argentine lake, and some places to walk. We stayed here for two nights and felt that we should stay a few more days. The hotel is only an 8-minute walk from the Bus Terminal. If you don't rent a car and need to take a bus to Perito Moreno Glacier, El Chalten, Puerto Natales, etc., it is very convenient to live here, which is why I chose this hotel. It is a bit far from the city center. The front desk was very helpful in providing information. The hotel facilities are good, especially the hotel restaurant. The dinner is reasonably priced and tastes great, comparable to several famous restaurants in the center of El Calafate. El Calafate is a quiet and beautiful town. In addition to Perito Moreno Glacier, there are several other large glaciers, the beautiful Argentino Lake, and some places for hiking. We stayed here for two nights and thought we should have stayed a few more days.

Hotel is very central and we walked around town everywhere. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking a massage it was delightful. Got rid of my knots and would have gotten another massage but we didnt book in advance so we werent able to. Spa area was unexpected little gem. Jacuzzi and a sauna. The only down side to the hotel was the water pressure wasn't great. Makes a lot of strange noises as well. But this doesn't take away from the rest of the positives from the hotel.

Loved the peace and privacy of couples’ room. Place has heated floors and super warm showers. Breakfast was plentiful, amenities awesome! Kitchen has lots of basic cutlery and plates but really needs some more cooking utensils and pots and pans, but the actual kitchen layout is great, with 3 gas stoves and ovens. Good labelling system for food. Restaurant and bar onsite… terrific options. Evening entertainment while we were there… ace!

Завтрак обычный для Аргентины -хлеб, масло, джем, хлопья, яйца, ветчина, сок, йогурт, кофе, чай. Из недостатков -на первом этаже окна расположены очень низко. Днем и вечером в комнате шумно из -за проезжающих машин.

The hotel is new and clean. Beds are comfortable with extra pillows. Wifi is strong. Location is fantastic, close to main road downtown with many restaurants and shops. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Specially want to mention Luciana who had helped us in booking round trip to glaciers and transfer to airport. Only may be breakfast can have better variety like fried eggs.

The hostel is very spacious. Dorms have lockers and comfy beds. 2 small kitchens for guests but also you can buy food with discounts in the hostel restaurant ( very good pizza). Staff is very nice and competent. Convenient location. Recommended

Stunning hotel. Young staff with a high sense of service. Close to the center and all the restaurants. Very clean and well-designed

Great place. Just that it’s really out of town and you have to get a taxi to get to town or walk like 30 mins which is not so bad but when it’s cold it’s another issue. But it’s right next to Lake Argentino with great views. Great staff very helpful and a simple breakfast every morning. Great place overall.

We enjoyed staying at Fitz Roy. It was a simple and comfortable place to come back to after long hikes. The stiff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

A great local hotel, located a little far from the center but quietly you can walk . quiet, pleasant, excellent staff. Breakfasts are modest but delicious and enough to have breakfast. It is very convenient that in the hotel next to the registration hall there is a mini-store with where you can buy food with you on a tour and not look for everything in the shops.
