The Louvre Hotel is simply fantastic! It's perfect for family trips. The rooms are spotless and tidy, the internet is decent, and the bedding is clean and soft. Every nook and cranny is meticulously cleaned, making for a truly comfortable stay. Jingjing's service was attentive and thoughtful, warm, professional, and responsive. This 'one-stop-shop' staff member quickly and properly resolved any needs we had, making for an excellent experience. The hotel's amenities are also incredibly comprehensive. The Italian restaurant serves authentic and delicious dishes, with pasta and pizza that are superb, made from fresh ingredients with rich flavors. The accompanying bar has an elegant atmosphere and professional bartenders, perfect for a relaxing drink. The spa offers a serene and soothing environment with professional treatments that truly help you unwind. The gym is well-equipped, spacious, and clean, meeting all your fitness needs. From the rooms and service to the dining and leisure facilities, everything was impeccable. It's my top choice for travel accommodations, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

Great location with convenient transportation. Kaiyuan Temple is right across the street, and Guangji Bridge is also nearby. The room facilities are new and complete, and everything is clean. The front desk service is meticulous and thoughtful, with a smiling face throughout. They even provide complimentary breakfast. It's a comfortable and reassuring stay, I'll definitely come again.

Booked two river view rooms. One was upgraded to a Guangji Bridge river view room, and the other offered views of an ancient pagoda on the other side. The rooms are very spacious, and the flower arrangements in the public areas are fantastic. You absolutely must try the hotel's breakfast buffet! There are four live cooking stations: various cheung fun (rice noodle rolls), kway teow/noodles, Chaoshan porridge, and Western-style omelets. The Cantonese dim sum selection is also extensive, with many different Chaozhou kway (dumplings/cakes) – they were delicious! A special thank you to Belle for her excellent service; she helped check my InterContinental membership, which allowed us to enjoy the in-room minibar for free.

Back in Zhongshan, the renovated pedestrian street really evokes a sense of nostalgia. A big thank you to the front desk for their excellent recommendations! If it's your first time in Zhongshan, I highly recommend asking the ladies at the front desk – they were so enthusiastic in suggesting many great places to eat. The room was larger than I expected, and all rooms come with a bathtub. From the high-rise, you get a good view of the city. Even though new hotels have opened nearby, I still feel that the Hilton is my top choice when I visit Zhongshan! It's full of warmth and human touch; every staff member is incredibly warm and attentive. Although it's been open for a while and some facilities aren't as modern as they once were, everything is meticulously maintained. A Ferrari might get old, but it's still a Ferrari 😉

Jessica, the manager, deserves a five-star review! She was incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in, and even offered practical tips on local attractions and restaurants. The room itself was spacious with a great view, and being south-facing, it got lovely sunlight in the afternoon, perfect for relaxing. Inside, it was spotlessly clean with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options, and hot dishes were replenished promptly. Overall, the service, facilities, and dining were all top-notch and great value for money. I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

I had an excellent experience at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen. The front office team was very helpful during check-in, accommodating my early arrival and also assisting with a late check-out. They communicated clearly in English, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. Special thanks to Tina for her helpful and friendly service during the check-out and the complimentary farewell gifts The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially good—I’m quite a fussy sleeper, but I slept very well here. A lovely added touch was the complimentary refreshments for guests, including cookies, popcorn, coffee, and tea. The hotel’s location is also a big advantage, with plenty of restaurants offering a wide variety of food nearby. It’s also just a short 10-minute walk to Huaqiangbei, making it very convenient for shopping. Overall, a great stay with excellent service, comfort, and location. I would definitely return.

Stayed two nights in Zhuhai before heading to Macau for the World Cup. Arrived late at night, but the front desk staff was still very enthusiastic. The hotel breakfast was decent, but dinner was even better, and guests get a discount, so it's good value for money. The sea view room offered breathtaking views, especially at night. It's a shame the weather was cloudy, so I missed the sunrise. However, the best part was how patient and proactive all the hotel staff were. Overall, a fantastic stay.

My stay at Le Méridien Huizhou Xiaojing Bay was actually pretty good. I saw a lot of negative reviews and was hesitant about coming, but I decided to give it a try in the end. After all, nothing is perfect, and I wanted to experience it for myself. I chose to check in before the holiday to avoid the crowds, so the hotel wasn't at full capacity that day. They proactively upgraded my room and, during check-in, provided a detailed introduction to the fire dance performance and essential room and hotel information. Regarding the room, I stayed on the west side, near the pool and greenway. The sea view was fantastic. I saw many people debating whether the sea view was 180 degrees, even complaining and giving bad reviews over it. I honestly find that hard to understand. A vacation is about relaxing, enjoying the comfort and tranquility of the seaside, not obsessing over angles. The view was already spacious enough. Do you really need to be in the middle of the sea for it to be perfect, haha? The room was a bit humid, but I accepted it. If you choose to stay by the sea, you have to accept that with the current weather in Guangdong, it's like that everywhere, especially by the sea. The hotel staff were very friendly; everyone greeted me. Even the cleaning aunties said hello. Right outside the hotel is a commercial street that can meet basic needs, and the greenway is within walking distance – an excellent choice for a walk or bike ride 🚴♀️ in the morning or after dinner. Overall, the experience was quite good, not as exaggerated as many reviews suggested. Perhaps it's because I didn't go on a weekend or a holiday. Travel experiences are inherently personal, and only by feeling the sea breeze and sunshine can you create your own beautiful memories.

The weather in Huizhou has been fantastic lately, so I specifically chose to stay at the Langman Hotel. The location is excellent, right in Shuizhong Street, with plenty of food and entertainment downstairs. It's also very close to West Lake, and there are some old, renowned eateries nearby, perfect for an early morning food hunt. The hotel itself has a great environment, spacious rooms, and a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Huizhou!

XXianJennifer0510If you're looking for amazing views, you absolutely have to book this place – it's so high up! The scenery from the 41st floor is just breathtaking!!! The room size is also decent! It's a bit bigger than other City Notes. I could open two large suitcases and two small ones, plus there's a cozy little space with a table and chairs by the window for eating! The biggest perks of City Note: breakfast, free afternoon tea, and free late-night snacks, especially your fruit! I loved it! There's a washing machine, dryer, a very new and beautiful gym, a fridge (with free drinks), unlimited coffee, tea, and water, and even birthday decorations + cake service! The staff were also very proactive in helping us with all our questions. The Southern Vietnam Museum is right next door! There are lots of tourist attractions and great food nearby! The front desk will introduce them all to you, don't worry! The bustling Beijing Road is right across the street! It's really convenient! If you love scenic views, you definitely need to choose this branch! This is my second time staying at a City Note in China. Thank you for letting us check out late at 2 PM! And for the complimentary small gift! Thank you! We had such a happy trip. There's a parcel collection service here, so you can rest assured your packages won't go missing (they have a storage room). You can also store your luggage, and there's a public restroom and sofa. **For food delivery, from Monday to Friday, you'll need to go downstairs to pick it up before 6 PM; after 6 PM, they'll deliver it upstairs (remember to make a note). On weekends, the delivery service is available all day to the 41st-floor reception.

MMAOBEA stay to remember: The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen. Review of Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen Reviewed yesterday There are hotels you visit, and then there are hotels that leave an imprint on your soul. The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, belongs firmly and unequivocally in the latter category. From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means. Arrival and Reception First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. The Club Skyline View Room If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

AAnonymous UserThis hotel's core advantage is its prime location atop the 530-meter East Tower, with the lobby and rooms starting from the 95th floor, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Canton Tower and Pearl River. It's truly considered the pinnacle of high-rise hotels in Guangzhou. Key Highlights: * **Exceptional Service:** The personal butler proactively adds you on WeChat, special occasions like anniversaries are celebrated with complimentary cakes and turndown service, and they remember guests' dietary preferences – these thoughtful touches are a real highlight. * **Hardware & Design:** Designed by Yabu Pushelberg, the hotel boasts exquisite artistic taste. Le Labo toiletries and Dyson hairdryers are standard amenities. * **Diverse Dining:** Features a variety of unique dining spaces, including Hei Jin Yi (Japanese cuisine on the 107th floor), Chi Zui (craft beer bar on the 6th floor), and Guang Yu Xuan (Michelin-starred Cantonese cuisine). My top choice for business trips!

AAnonymous UserMy stay at Hengqin Bay far exceeded my expectations this time. The parking lot is huge with plenty of spaces, and there's always staff guiding you, making parking absolutely hassle-free. As soon as you step into the lobby, it feels incredibly spacious and open, with high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows that let in abundant light. The decor is modern and elegant, and the environment is kept spotlessly clean. The in-room Wi-Fi experience was flawless – full signal and incredibly stable. The guest room itself was very quiet, with large windows providing excellent ventilation and natural light. The layout was well-designed, offering a great sense of space. The decoration is simple yet cozy, and the floors are shiny and clean. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the bathrobes were soft and gentle on the skin. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillows were fluffy yet supportive, ensuring a very restful sleep every night. The bathroom was what impressed me most. The towels and bath sheets were thick and soft, very comfortable to use. The hotel even thoughtfully provided bath salts, making a bath wonderfully relaxing. The toiletries were clean and comprehensive, and the dental kit was easy to use. The faucets had a smooth water flow, and the bathtub was pristine. The shower had plenty of hot water, strong flow, and stable pressure, making for a very refreshing wash. The wet/dry separation was well-executed, and the space was roomy, not cramped. The public facilities were also excellent. The elevators were fast, and the corridor carpets were clean and soft. The gym was well-equipped, and the heated pool had crystal-clear water with lifeguards always on duty, which was reassuring. The room's balcony offered an expansive view, perfect for a pleasant evening sit-out. In the evening, I enjoyed a drink at the lobby bar – the relaxed atmosphere made it a great place to unwind. Every aspect, from check-in to check-out, was stress-free, making it a very satisfying stay.

YYangyangdeqingwaAngsana is a great value-for-money resort. Before our arrival, Cheryl had already contacted us to confirm our preferences and requests. The hotel lobby is small but exquisitely designed, blending Chinese and Western styles, creating a very comfortable ambiance. The front desk staff were very friendly in their introductions and answered all our questions. Even the cleaning staff in the hallway were very polite and approachable. The hotel room itself is cozy, comfortable, and spacious, with a separate wet and dry area. The thoughtful addition of a washbasin in the toilet is a very user-friendly design. The mattress had just the right balance of softness and firmness, which felt great. The hotel also has a bar with live singers, which has a nice atmosphere and stays open until 11:30 PM. The breakfast options were abundant and high-quality, and it lasted until 11 AM, which was very convenient. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and it's definitely a hotel worth revisiting.

GGuest UserPoor value for money. For a 500-a-night hotel, the facilities are very ordinary. 1. The view from the window was blocked by signs and air conditioning units, completely obscured and covered in trash. We had to ask the front desk to move us to the 10th floor to get a more open view, although it was still facing dilapidated buildings and completely different from the photos. 2. The fridge wasn't plugged in, and there was no clear indication. We only realized it wasn't plugged in after leaving a cake in it overnight. We then found a notice tucked into a gap in the table saying to save electricity, so the fridge is unplugged by default. 3. The 8th floor had a strong smell of disinfectant. 4. Inconvenient transportation. While not far from the subway station as the crow flies, it's not a short walk. No ride-hailing cars would accept our requests, so we ended up having to take the bus. 5. The shampoo was terrible; my hair felt like I'd washed it with soapy water afterwards.
