My stay at Xinuo Light Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The overall decor is simple and clean, and the room had excellent natural light. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were high-quality. The hot water supply was stable, no sudden temperature changes. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive, check-in and check-out were very efficient, and they responded quickly to any requests. The public areas were tidy and quiet, and the location was convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. It offers incredible value for money, making it my top choice for business trips or short stays. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

The attention to detail truly stood out, and Jingjing's service attitude was excellent. In my free time, I tried the hotel's SPA. The technician's skills were professional and adept, and the procedure was well-organized and effective at relieving stress. Overall, the accommodation experience was superb. This hotel is definitely my first choice for any future travel!

Our stay in the Zhuhai Xiangwang Luxuary Twin Room was absolutely fantastic! The light luxury minimalist design made the space bright and spacious. The two 1.5-meter beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pressure-relieving mattresses were a dream. The dual vanity design was a thoughtful touch, perfect for multiple people getting ready without waiting. Smart devices were plentiful, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light. The location is superb, close to Gongbei Port and shopping areas, making it convenient for getting around and finding food. The hotel's 6th floor features a kids' play area, a restaurant, and a gym! The amenities are comprehensive, the staff are warm and attentive, and the attention to detail is evident everywhere. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!

We extended our stay for one night. This old hotel was very luxurious 30 years ago. The revolving restaurant on the top floor will still be revolving in 2026, and that's where breakfast is served. However, it's not for everyone; some of us get 'restaurant seasickness.' We couldn't possibly eat three breakfasts, which were included in our initial three-night booking. We tried to talk to the front desk manager about getting discount vouchers or something so we could eat at their downstairs restaurant instead. No! No! No! It felt like they refused everything they possibly could. They wouldn't even give us a single cage of char siu bao (BBQ pork buns)... I felt like the money for those three breakfasts was completely wasted.

My family has arrived the resident around 1240hrs which is much earlier than official check in time. However the counter staff was attentive whom has surprisingly offered to us with instant FOC upgrade from 2 rooms to 3 rooms unit and allowing us to move into unit immediately. It is located at 29 highest floors end of corridor corner unit. The viewing angle has 2 sides of street view instead of normal single side. One side of it is able to see Pearl river.😍😍It also just few walking steps to restaurant for breakfast or afternoon tea and gym are situated on the same level 😘😘 The pros 👍👍: 1. Great interior design with cosy ambiance. 2. The building security access is enhanced for guests safety. 3. In-room clothes washer with dryer and detergent was provided. 4. Breakfast with ample choice and perfect coffee served. 5. Daily housekeeping. 6. The food delivery is using robot to transport from L1 to guest room. The cons😩😩: A. The kitchen is empty without any cooking wares. B. In the late night some wired knocking noise from ceiling. C. The water pressure is low. D. The afternoon tea is served with very limited items. E. The guests have to alight along the road side without any shelter if bad weather. F. The Didi and Baidu app unable to locate J Resident which has to enter J Mansion (J 公館) G. The wifi is very unstable and easy disconnected. H. The double bed in each bedroom is only fitting for 2 small body sizes guests to sleep on it.

Last time I visited Guangzhou, I wanted to book this hotel, but couldn't. This time, I decided to give it a try, and now I regret not staying here with my parents on our last trip. From now on, this will be my go-to hotel in Guangzhou. **Facilities:** This hotel, steeped in history and culture, maintains its facilities impeccably. Contrary to some online reviews, the rooms are not at all old; they are incredibly well-maintained with no hint of datedness. The bedding and mattress are exceptionally comfortable; as someone who suffers from chronic insomnia, I slept incredibly well for both nights. **Environment:** It's very grand, a true garden hotel in the heart of the city. **Hygiene:** The cleanliness is outstanding. Every day after the room attendants clean, the manager personally comes to check if everything is spotless. This level of meticulousness and thoughtfulness is something you only find in these established, classic hotels. **Service:** The service is absolutely superb. They even upgraded our room when I brought my mother along, which I truly appreciate.

The overall ambiance of the hotel was very pleasant and cozy. The concierge was great for sending and receiving packages, and luggage storage was super convenient for dropping off or picking up bags at any time. They even have a first aid room stocked with common emergency medicines, which really added to our sense of security. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, with a great balance of meat, vegetables, and drinks, and the kids absolutely loved it. The activities at Hengqin Bay were plentiful and fun. Both the service quality and dining experience were impeccable. Check-in was a breeze. We'll definitely be back!

Our room overlooked the pastoral scenery through a full-length window, making it incredibly comfortable and airy. However, due to the overall design style, there's nowhere to hide or block views within the room. If you're not a couple, this might be a bit inconvenient. A small suggestion: adding blinds to the toilet and shower room doors would be helpful. Also, it would be great if some soft cushions could be provided in the cabinet for the tatami area, available for guests to use if needed. If you're looking to escape the city's hustle and bustle, this is a wonderful place for a getaway. On clear days, you can catch beautiful sunsets, and at night, you can look up to a sky full of stars and fall asleep to the sounds of nature. Just a heads-up: the pool wasn't open yet during our visit, and you need to communicate with the butler in advance to use the public hot spring area. The restaurant serves excellent new-style fusion cuisine with a farmhouse flair, and the butler will arrange everything perfectly for you. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance!

The soundproofing was decent; I occasionally heard minor noises from the hallway, but it didn't disrupt my rest overall.
