"Location was convenient, food left a lot to be desired, amenities and room has a lot of scope for improvement, services were adequate, staff was courteous. Don't know the prevailing norms, but for the kind of rates charged, seemed more than what they delivered over all. Less than value for money."

Guest UserThis hotel is really well located and its spanking clean. Food is excellent and breakfast is fantastic! Staff are ultra friendly. ALL our requests were fulfilled, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was big and with plenty of space to store everything! We even met a famous Bollywood singer one evening! There’s a well equipped gym and a swimming pool, hairdresser, and great spa! 😍

Mandira_SamantaThe hotel is under renovation and the entire property (including rooms) smells of toxic paint. There was no information about this renovation on the website while making the booking. The heavy solvent smell gave me a headache and the stay was very unplesant.

Amazing, amazing stay — and the food was simply outstanding. You’ve built something truly special here.
But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention:
1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition.
2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt.
You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.

Shannen0305Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel staff even remember my coffee order from yesterday. And when I went to the gym the staff offered me to turn on the sauna and steam in advance. I feel so welcomed by every single staff in this hotel.
And it cost only 120 per night includes breakfast and lounge that offer two time slot of snacks day.
Dev and Solu are the best manager and staff I’ve ever met. So friendly and thoughtful.
Thank you Solu for remembering my order and room number.

The staff was great; however, the room was not cleaned and was dirty. I didn’t have enough energy after flying all day and just wanted to sleep. For what I paid, it was not worth it.

I stayed at Mangalam during a family trip for 3 nights. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and spacious. My rate plan included breakfast at Saffron, a restaurant part of the Mangalam property. The spread was good and prepared fresh. They also helped me arrange a cab for day trips. The staff is courteous, despite being a tourist heavy season they were quick to respond. The Saffron restaurant had good options for dinner as well. Their snack counter had freshly prepared khakra and bhakarwadi which was very tasty.
The only feedback I would have is for the check-out times. The check-out of time is at 9 in the morning. Staff extended it by 30 minutes on request, However, I felt it was too early and not very family friendly.
Overall I would recommend this property for family vacations

旧市街からもほど近く、川沿いのエリアに実施するホテルです。大きなアトリウムを取り囲むように、客室が配置されています。
部屋は、過不足なく、水回りも清潔でした。チェックアウトする日のフライトが夜遅くだったのですが、比較的安い費用でレイトチェックアウトがアレンジできたので、ありがたかったです。

Room cleaning is good. Location is good easy to highway rich. Toilet and bathroom clean but need to exhaust fan in bathroom. So bad smell remove easily. Over all room facilities is good. Thank you. I have no picture

Our couple stay was awesome at Radisson in GIFT city. Starting from first with Luggage carry to help desk to restaurant to rooms to room service to staff, everything was a very good experience. Very co-operative staff. Special thanks to Help desk staff and restaurant Chef for making our food taste superb.
