Service: The front desk service was polite and attentive, especially F/O receptionist Coco, who greeted me with a smile and processed my check-in incredibly fast. She even upgraded my room without me asking, which I only found out when I received the room card. It was a pleasant surprise! I've stayed at this hotel countless times, and they really make their loyal customers feel valued. Superb! Superb!

The location is super convenient! It's less than a 10-minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. Plus, it's really close to Wan Chai Station. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the snacks in the room; I forgot to take a picture, but the staff specifically looked them up and brought me more, which was incredibly thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here!

Its nice place , 1 hour away from airport, but take bus A38 from airport right in front of hotel, it was easy, no Restaurant near by walkable, food was s good at resort but in room they have sign of $80 brunch, when I went down they give me for $129 +1% , so when I told them, they said it’s only three day price hike due to Mother’s Day , in room it says 7 days $80, any way it’s your call, and the second sign says water , tooth brush, are purchasable, which good if you know in advance, so you will be prepared, luckily I always carry my, rest is good

The MTR (subway) and public transport are right nearby, and the surrounding malls are very close. The area is relatively quiet, allowing you to experience local life, giving it a Kamakura-like vibe. The restaurants are all places where locals frequently eat.

The hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC. The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.

We booked a family room, and for Hong Kong, the room was really spacious. The two queen-sized beds were large and comfortable, the bedding was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel is located inside a mall. It's just a short walk from the MTR exit – turn right, and you'll find the hotel's back entrance. Step out the front entrance, and the bus stop is not far away. Dining, shopping, and a supermarket are all conveniently located in one spot. The Man Wah Restaurant next door had good food that our child enjoyed. Unfortunately, it rained for several days, so we didn't get to experience the outdoor swimming pool.

I’ve stayed at Dorsett WC 2 weeks in a row and was pleasantly surprised by the overall professional standard. All employees I interacted with assisted and sorted out issues in a quiet competent manner. A problem with the TV was resolved by pulling together people from IT dpt, housekeeping and a Gen Z employee who spotted the remaining problem immediately. Room rates are well priced and I upgraded myself to a premier (larger room) with great view of the Happy Valley race course for a marginal amount. Both rooms I stayed in had spacious walk in showers with premium shower gel, shampoo etc. Overall extremely pleasant stay with great breakfast buffet.

I stayed on the 20th floor and the view was great. The room was also very clean, just like in the pictures online. You need a HKD 1000 deposit when checking in (it's best to pay in cash. If you use Alipay, there's a HKD 100 handling fee, so you'd pay HKD 1100 and only get HKD 1000 back). Don't exchange Hong Kong dollars downstairs using Alipay; the exchange rate is 1:1, which is a terrible deal. Make sure to exchange your HKD beforehand!

Staying at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong was a delightful surprise from start to finish. The room featured floor-to-ceiling windows, offering breathtaking sea views the moment you open them. The room itself was spacious, with a soft and comfortable mattress. The bathroom was equipped with high-quality amenities, showing exceptional attention to detail. The outdoor infinity pool seamlessly blended with the ocean. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, responding promptly to all requests. Everything, from the facilities and views to the service, was near perfect. It's a peaceful escape from the city bustle, ideal for relaxation, making it my top choice for a staycation in Hong Kong. I will definitely be back.

This stay at the Harbour Grand Hong Kong's Deluxe Twin Room was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and for Hong Kong standards, quite spacious. The beds were comfortable. Although it wasn't a newly renovated room, it didn't impact the stay at all. The most pleasant surprise was the hotel's location. It's incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I especially want to commend Michael, the Sales Director. He was enthusiastic and polite, actively helping me resolve issues and providing practical dining recommendations. He also thoroughly explained all the discounts available with the hotel room key card, which was very thoughtful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with excellent service. Next time, I'll definitely try one of their newly renovated signature rooms, looking forward to an even more upgraded experience. Five stars!
