The hotel is a decent distance from the subway station, about a ten-minute walk, which is quite convenient. The room environment is pretty good, and the facilities are relatively new. The price is also reasonable. The only downside compared to other hotels I've stayed at before is the lack of snack shops nearby!

My child had an entrance exam in Hong Kong, and after a long search, I picked this hotel and was very satisfied. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and spoke excellent English. They even extended our checkout time to 1 PM. The next day, we were a little late getting back from the exam, and they extended it again to 1:30 PM. It's so convenient – you can walk directly to Langham Place from level L via a footbridge, which has all sorts of food options. Mong Kok MTR station, Exit C, is right downstairs. Seriously, it's super convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. The value for money is excellent. The room also had a little booklet with recommendations for food, accommodation, and transportation, which was a nice touch. I'm very satisfied. Thank you! 🙏🌷🌷🌷

Traveled with my family this time, and having stayed here before with a good impression, I chose to book again. The service attitude was very good; I encountered a small issue during check-in, and the lady at the reception smoothly helped resolve it. Everyone greeted us warmly~ Some floors are under renovation, and some room facilities are a bit old; I hope they improve after the renovation. It's not far from the subway station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, a good experience, and I'd consider staying again in the future.

The room isn't very big, especially the bed, which is quite short. The only difference between a king-size and twin beds is whether the two bases are pushed together or separated to form a 'king.' If you stretch out, your feet will hang off the end, so I'd guess the bed is only about 1.7 meters long. Also, the air conditioning is quite noisy; the central AC fan makes a fair bit of noise at night. The hotel's location is decent though, only a 5-10 minute walk from the subway exit.

The service was incredibly thoughtful. Before my trip, I kept seeing online comments about poor service attitudes from people in Hong Kong, so I was quite worried. However, the two ladies at the hotel front desk were absolutely lovely, big thumbs up! 👍 We arrived early and originally just wanted to store our luggage, but the front desk attendant saw our room was ready and checked us in immediately. We booked a family room, which consisted of two connecting rooms and was quite spacious; you could easily open two small suitcases in one room. The location is super convenient, just a one-minute walk to Yau Ma Tei Station, making it easy to get anywhere. Plus, they offer free luggage storage after check-out. And here’s the kicker: I accidentally got a little lipstick on the bed. I searched on Xiaohongshu and saw many people had to pay for similar incidents, so I mentally prepared myself to pay when I told the front desk during check-out. To my surprise, the front desk attendant said it was no problem at all! All in all, it was an absolutely fantastic stay, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I stayed for four nights. The hotel is located near Mong Kok East Station, but it's not too far to walk to Prince Edward Station or Mong Kok Station, making it super convenient to get to other places! (There's even a skybridge with escalators directly to Mong Kok Station, so no worries about rain or lugging luggage!) The room was quite spacious, but perhaps because the plumbing is a bit old? You have to close the shower and toilet doors, otherwise, a sewer smell drifts into the room. Aside from the smell, the overall experience was good!

Facilities: Similar to economy hotels on the mainland, no signs of aging. It's quite small due to limited space, but in Hong Kong, it offers great value for money. Overall, I still recommend it. I forgot to take photos of the interior, but it looks pretty much like the pictures on the platform. Location: It's a bit of a walk from Tin Hau Station Exit A, but not too far. There are 7-Eleven and Mannings convenience stores along the way. Service: Very good. They helped me check in, and even guided me to the correct lobby when I went to the wrong one. Luggage storage is very organized, so no worries about losing anything. Cleanliness: Standard. Hotel Restaurant Afternoon Tea: Hong Kong-style snacks.

This hotel is just right for solo travelers. It's super easy to get to – just exit A1 from Sai Ying Pun Station, turn right, and it's a short walk away. The hotel and rooms felt a bit dated. My only complaints are the long wait for the elevator in the morning and the non-functioning refrigerator in the room; these definitely need improvement. Aside from that, everything else was fine. The front desk staff were very helpful, and check-in was quick. Plus, there was no deposit required, which made everything very smooth. The location is excellent for sightseeing. It's conveniently located with easy access to Central and Tsim Sha Tsui via subway and bus, making it perfect for a few days of touring. There are also plenty of restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and a Wellcome supermarket right near the hotel. I highly recommend the night view from Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was incredibly beautiful, and since there weren't many people, it felt like a hidden gem for night views.

If you're looking for convenience for an early flight departure, I think this hotel is great. The shuttle bus runs quite frequently, every 15 minutes, which is very convenient. However, I found the front desk staff to be a bit careless; they didn't remind us that if we checked out too early to have breakfast, we needed to request a takeaway meal at check-in. Also, the bathroom is small and not very convenient. But for a transit stay, it's still worth recommending.

Seriously good! The service was excellent; they accommodated my late check-out and gave me a free upgrade. The location is also incredibly convenient. It's close to the subway, and you can walk to Times Square, SOGO, and other shopping centers in just a few minutes. There are tons of restaurants, a fruit market nearby, and plenty of bus stops too. Highly recommend! 👍👍

DDr. Ong SoetantoI stayed at Rosedale Hotel Hong Kong, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. The hotel was quite difficult to find upon arrival, especially for first-time visitors. While the location itself is convenient, the overall welcome was not very warm. The reception staff appeared rather indifferent and rarely smiled, which made the check-in experience feel less friendly than I would have hoped. The breakfast was very basic, with limited variety and nothing particularly memorable. Considering the abundance of excellent local cafés and restaurants nearby, I would recommend having breakfast outside the hotel instead, as it offers much better value and a more enjoyable dining experience. Although the room was acceptable and the location is a positive point, I never really felt comfortable or at home during my stay. Hong Kong offers many accommodation options, and based on my experience, I believe there are better alternatives available in a similar price range. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again on my next visit.

KKHTanHad a short stay at The Wharney Hotel. We booked a family room and were quite pleased with the cleanliness, and the shower had strong water pressure. The room size was average, and the bed was soft and comfortable. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the room fridge is a nice gesture. Check-in staff were friendly and even provided us with complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent, with plenty of eateries 9and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Value for money.

BbeibeiloveseaComing to Hong Kong this time, I searched for many hotels on Trip.com, but most rooms were tiny and the facilities were outdated. I finally decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong, and as soon as I entered, I was blown away by the sea-view room on the first floor with a large balcony! Stepping out, you're greeted by an endless expanse of clear blue sea – the view is absolutely stunning! 🌊 At night, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the balcony, watching the starry sky, eating fruit, and having drinks. It was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Getting around from the hotel is super convenient; there's a free shuttle bus directly to the MTR station, making it easy to go shopping, explore, and try out all the amazing local food. The buffet breakfast was a bit simple, so don't have high expectations. Once you're near the MTR station, there are so many Hong Kong delicacies that you'll wish you had more stomachs to try them all. The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, with a healing sea view and excellent value for money. The experience was fantastic, and it's definitely on my must-stay list for my next visit to Hong Kong. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and the air conditioning was comfortable. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was good for the price. The staff were friendly, and there's a shopping mall nearby. However, the front desk is on the second floor, and after 12 AM, the main entrance is closed, so you have to go through the front to get to the second floor.

LlamlllThe hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC. The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.

GGuest UserI stayed on the 20th floor and the view was great. The room was also very clean, just like in the pictures online. You need a HKD 1000 deposit when checking in (it's best to pay in cash. If you use Alipay, there's a HKD 100 handling fee, so you'd pay HKD 1100 and only get HKD 1000 back). Don't exchange Hong Kong dollars downstairs using Alipay; the exchange rate is 1:1, which is a terrible deal. Make sure to exchange your HKD beforehand!

SSooooiBooked the 'accommodation + water park' package. Not sure if it was because of the black rainstorm, but after checking into the room, I found two large mosquitoes, which initially dampened my mood. However, the front desk service at check-in was excellent; the staff proactively introduced the hotel facilities and the shuttle bus schedule. The hotel buffet was just average, though. For seafood lovers, the selection was extremely limited, with only three options (snow crab, mussels, and shrimp). Luckily, I got it at a discounted price through another platform. If I had paid the original price of $8xx per person, it wouldn't have been good value for money.

AAnonymous UserThis stay at the Harbour Grand Hong Kong's Deluxe Twin Room was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and for Hong Kong standards, quite spacious. The beds were comfortable. Although it wasn't a newly renovated room, it didn't impact the stay at all. The most pleasant surprise was the hotel's location. It's incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I especially want to commend Michael, the Sales Director. He was enthusiastic and polite, actively helping me resolve issues and providing practical dining recommendations. He also thoroughly explained all the discounts available with the hotel room key card, which was very thoughtful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with excellent service. Next time, I'll definitely try one of their newly renovated signature rooms, looking forward to an even more upgraded experience. Five stars!
