I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel New Nagasaki. The staff were exceptionally helpful, accommodating, and made the overall experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is also very convenient as it’s close to the bus stop and within easy walking distance of Nagasaki Station, which made getting around very easy.
One thing to note is that some rooms still have an older design and may not exactly match the photos shown online. While the room was still comfortable and functional, it’s something to keep in mind when booking.
Overall, a great stay for convenience and service
It takes less than 10 minutes to walk from Nagasaki Station. Just cross the overpass.
Go up the road to APA Hotel, but it takes a bit of stairs and a hill, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage.
The owners are friendly.
The partitions in the room are opaque, so it can be bright even if all the lights are turned off at night.
You need an eye mask. There is only one shower and toilet, so it is recommended to come in earlier than other guests and wash up. The same goes for the morning.
The room facilities are brand new. Each floor has an ice maker, and a microwave is conveniently available on the ground floor. It's located near a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven, and just a 5-minute walk from the tram station. There's even an eggplant ramen shop nearby. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay here.
The hotel is only a three to four minute walk from the train station, which was a lifesaver for my exhausted self. It's clean, and the brand-new facilities are a refreshing change from typical Japanese hotels. It's also great value for money and super convenient for shopping.
Hotel is beautiful and clean, we have wonderful time there. I also enjoy the hotel hot spring very much. Have boat travel in/out the park, very convenient.
This hotel is located in the heart of Nagasaki, close to the tram station and bus station, making transportation quite convenient. The facilities are quite complete, but the decoration style is a bit old. The price is slightly higher on weekends.
I originally wanted to book the Hilton, but it was full, so I switched to the Marriott.
It's incredibly convenient for getting around: the JR, Shinkansen, city bus, highway bus, and tram stations are all very close to the hotel, which is fantastic!
The Amu Plaza and shopping street next to the hotel are also great for shopping and dining. I particularly recommend Nagasaki's unique 'Mugi Meshi' (barley rice) – you can't find this in other cities!
The night view of Mount Inasa from the balcony is so therapeutic~~
The rooms are clean and the service is excellent. It's definitely the top choice for travelers.
The service staff at the hotel are very friendly. It’s the best place to stay in Fukuoka.
I will definitely come back when I bring my parents to play next time.
And the night view is super beautiful, it feels like a vacation! It’s really worth remembering!
Although the traffic is not too convenient, take the bus from the early station for about an hour, but the victory is quiet, the service attitude is very good, and the meeting is bowed and said hello. The location is opposite the longest foot soup. One berth and two food varieties are too rich, and they are eaten.
Happy Hot Spring
This time I stayed at Unzen Kyushu Hotel, which is worth recommending.
The hotel charges a certain level of fees, but in terms of quality and quantity, it is very cost-effective.
Room - The superb semi-Western-style room is over 600 square feet, with a Japanese-style living space, a Western-style sofa, a large terrace with a corner outdoor sofa, plenty of living space, a king-size bed, and most importantly, the room has its own private semi-open-air hot spring bath, which is private and comfortable, without having to go to a public hot spring.
Hotel positioning and layout - The hotel is positioned as a prestigious hotel. When guests check in, they first sit on the sofa in the lobby. The front desk clerk will come forward to give an overall introduction to the hotel and its various facilities, and arrange dinner and breakfast times. The hotel has been renovated in recent years, and the interior and exterior are still clean, stylish and elegant.
Landscape - Each room faces Unzen Hell, with spectacular and beautiful scenery. It is equipped with one-way reflective glass, so you don't need to draw the curtain when walking in the room. It is private and safe, with plenty of natural light.
One night and two meals + free alcoholic drinks - The hotel offers one night and two meals (two meals and one night). Dinner is Japanese-French fusion cuisine with a total of 8 courses, as well as desserts, coffee and tea. Each dish is very exquisite and must be eaten with a camera first.
The breakfast was amazing, the western breakfast had four courses, the Japanese was very rich and the milk was delicious.
We had dinner in the restaurant building, which faces the first section of Unzen Hell. It had a wide view, western-style seats, and was very spacious. The waiters provided first-rate service and changed tableware for every dish. The dinner experience alone paid for the room.
In addition, the hotel provides free flow alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the second-floor lounge and rooftop leisure space in the afternoon and evening, which is really worth the money.
Service - All the bartenders are professional, polite and friendly. The manager speaks good English and other colleagues are equipped with translation equipment. Communication is completely trouble-free and guests are provided with good service and a homely feeling.
If you are traveling to the Unzen area of the Minamoto Peninsula on Kyushu Island, Japan, you may consider the Unzen Kyushu Hotel.

Very Good
__M1355235****It's located on a pretty steep hill, and there isn't much commercial activity around. You'll need to take a bus to get into the city center. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, conveniently named after the hotel itself. Make sure you get off at that stop; getting off even one or two stops earlier will mean a steep climb.
It's not far from the summit of Mount Inasa, and there's a direct bus. If you miss the bus after enjoying the night view, a taxi back to the hotel is only about a 5-minute ride and reasonably priced.
The hotel's own free rooftop observation deck is absolutely amazing, and enjoying a drink and the night view in the lounge is also very pleasant.
There's a shuttle bus service from the hotel to Nagasaki Station.
There's also a hot spring (onsen).

MMDevI was traveling without any SIM card nor data/wifi connection. Besides, I was also using public transport. Therefore, locating the guesthouse at first was a bit of challenge. However, the place was convenient, clean and very quiet. It was ideal for my needs. It is located on a hilly part, overlooking the Ashibe port area. It looks beautiful in the evening as well as at night. Since I had plenty of time on hand, spending one night at Ashibe was relaxing for me. However, there is nothing much to do in Ashibe area. Therefore, I think it is better to decide the location first, then choose a suitable place. If you decide to stay in Ashibe, then this place could be ideal.

HhanatabiThis hotel is located inside the Huis Ten Bosch, with easy access across the theme park via the shuttle bus, the room is spacious and with all the amenities needed. I booked this hotel via Trip.com due to their official web couldn't accept credit card issued outside of Japan (not sure if this is common for Japan hotels)
overall experience with Hotel Amsterdam is great, highly recommended!
NNuonuokafeiThe Olive Bay Hotel is very good and can be said to be perfect. Convenient for self-driving, I rely on public transportation, the hotel is on the big island next to Sasebo, and the boat is within 10 minutes of Sasebo Station. I missed it at 1:30 in the afternoon and waited until 4:25. The boat was opened 15 minutes before the boat opened. There was a difference between holidays. Apple navigation is accurate, half an hour to the big island, there is no information office at the pier, no staff, no rental, fortunately someone called a taxi, I also let him send, he sent the last guest to pick me up, the pier to the hotel 7 minutes, Apple navigation said that walking for 15 minutes is definitely not possible, At least forty minutes. It was so beautiful to arrive at the hotel, regretting the three hours I wasted at Sasebo Pier. The room is also super good and can't pick any shortcomings. Carefully observe the hotel details are perfect, extremely clean and bright, and the maintenance is very good. The two meals with two meals are delicious and formal. The dinner red wine beef and the nature of the performance are excellent. The beef quality is excellent. The freshly cooked siphon coffee for breakfast is really delicious. The staff were all warm and serious. After checking out, they sent me to the pier. The hotel I wanted to stay in was much better than Beppu Intercontinental.
