"The sheets and pillowcases in the room are like those that have not been changed. It is recommended to bring disposable pillowcases and dirty sheets, or sleep with clothes. Why choose this hotel, not because it is cheap, because it is a personal line, you can make friends, you can travel together, and no one came to live for 2 days. There is a supermarket nearby, the price is expensive, you can take a taxi to the big supermarket in the city center to buy, there is cheap, things are fresh. Taxis are cheap and change is prepared, they do not accept dollars. The exchange rate at the airport is a little worse than the place where the money is exchanged in the city. If you change 50 to 100 dollars, you will change it at the airport. From the hotel to more than 2 kilometers, there are more places to go to the city with slopes. It is recommended to call a taxi and talk about the price before getting on the bus."
GGuest UserGood position, good facilities, we had some problems with the room at arrival for the noise but they have been kind to change a much quiet room.
Good breakfast. Overall good value for money.
GGuest UserOur hotel check-in experience was quite messy. We booked a room at Mercure, but upon arrival, we were directed to the adjacent Mövenpick for check-in. After waiting for half an hour, we were assigned a room, only to find it was a twin room. We went back to request a change, waited another half an hour, and were told there were no king-size beds available. Eventually, we were moved back to the Mercure. Apparently, other colleagues who also booked king-size rooms at Mercure initially received twin rooms as well.
The breakfast arrangements were also unclear. For the first couple of days, we were told to go to Mövenpick for breakfast, but then a few days later, we were instructed to go back to Mercure.
KKaty RogA very pleasant hotel!
We chose it to relax after a long flight and because the Go2Namibia shuttle stop is 5 minutes away.
The room is simple but clean.
There's a patio, a kettle, and a liter of water is provided, with good shower pressure. The hotel grounds are very pleasant, including a swimming pool. There's a Spar nearby where you can buy wine and some groceries. There's also a restaurant and pizzeria on site, and the prices are reasonable.
EELENA_I.This Hilton is just like all the other Hiltons— clean, comfy, and tidy all around. Friendly staff made everything smooth, and the location was nice, right near all the main sights, shops, and more.
We grabbed burgers at the downstairs restaurant— it was really tasty and with good service! I recommend for a hassle-free stay.
GGuest UserFelt very welcome, room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful , breakfast was great- loved juice bar! The only thing I didn’t like was that room was too dark. No proper lights in room itself apart lamps , ceiling lights just entry of room, made it way too dark in night to pack bag. Also pool looks sweet but its kinda in restaurant so unfortunately I booked hotel as was hoping to use pool in afternoon- but since people were dressed up for drinks and dinner I did not felt comfortable.
GGuest UserMy stay at Safari Court Hotel Managed by Accor was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel's elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible.
RRedoineFavorite hotel in Windhoek, the rooms are out of this world and the place feels totally out of this world. Amazing breakfast too. One of my favorite hotels I've stayed out, 10/10
GGuest UserWe arrived at the hotel at dark. The room was beautiful but there was no elevator. My husband's legs were inconvenient and climbing the stairs was difficult for him, so we were not convenient to go to the restaurant downstairs and we could eat instant noodles in the room. Room provides 2 bottles of 400ml free water, after eating instant noodles, the water is gone. We left the hotel early the next morning
TTrip55SATORUIt took quite a while to walk to the supermarket. Also, there was construction going on during the day.
There was a toilet that didn't lock.
Other than that, it was clean and comfortable.
YYolandaA very special place with a beautiful cactus garden. Nature magic, silence, wild animals in the area. The bed is comfortable. It is necessary a car to enter and out. I was without, and it is a problem. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable.
