I had an amazing stay at The Marison Hotel. Everything was great, from the clean and comfortable room to the friendly and accommodating staff.
My favorite part was definitely the food. The breakfast buffet was so delicious, with plenty of choices, and I really enjoyed every meal. It made my stay even more memorable.
Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I highly recommend The Marison Hotel and would love to stay here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding.
There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated.
One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay.
Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back

VVivien Labrador-ChuaI would highly recommend Proxy Hotel in Legaspi City to my officemates ,our international visitors in the university, my business partners and their families. The breakfast buffet is superb. My family loved the place, the coziness and safety-ness of the area and the warm welcome, the room is spacious and i love their pool too. I am just looking for a refrigerator even small and slippers too. When i entered the parking lot it was 7pm. The parking was very dark,( no solar lights, no lighted posts, no security or parking attendant to assist us, just to make the person who would park there feel safe) with very small parking space just enough for an SUV to fit in after 4attempts for a slant parking. Over-all it was a good experience inside.

DDaniel Tamaño WareI chose this accommodation because it was the most prestigious in the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has fantastic views from the pool and gym. The spacious reception with quality wooden furniture stands out, as does the chapel. The breakfast is extremely varied and delicious.
However, the room didn't feel as inviting. From inside, you couldn't see Mayon Volcano directly; you had to go out onto the balcony, which had no furniture, and lean quite far to the left. The sheets smelled good, except for the decorative pillow, which smelled really bad. The shower had signs of limescale, and the bathroom in general seemed to be cleaned very superficially. The furniture in the breakfast area should also be changed; the transparent plastic chairs are not aesthetically pleasing. There's an error on Trip.com that states it's a five-star hotel, but it's really not, and it shows.
Despite all of this, I would definitely stay here again for the staff and breakfast. Also for the dining options available throughout the day. It's worth noting that this hotel is supposed to be the best in Legazpi.

GGuest UserHad some issues with our stay, but I was truly impressed by how the staff handled it.
The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the middle of the night as I had hoped, I brought this attention to the front desk during the morning and I have to say, their response was quick and professional. They apologized for the inconvenience, and within a short time, they resolved the issue, fixed the problem and gave us free goods from the hotel.

GGuest UserGreat experience overall. Very beautiful place specially the beach. I wasn't able to try the gym because we stayed just for an overnight stay to travel somewhere. The food we ordered is szechuan beef. It is so spicy, not a normal spicy, but inedible spicy. We tried to eat it because it's already there but it's really intolerable. Everything is a pleasant experience except that specific food.

The staff is very attentive, for example They prepare a vegan lunch even if it is not on the menu (they put meat everywhere in the Philippines)
